“Buentrato y muy buen servicio le damos a los huéspedes,yo soyhousekeeping de este hotel y trato con mucho amor y sobre todo con mucho respeto ya que los huéspedes es mi motivo del trabajo y mi orgullo para seguir adelante Aunque hay muchos huéspedes que no nos consideran y nos dejan las habitaciones super sucias aun siendo ocupados son super regados y cochinos y no se dan cuenta el trabajo que pasamos al limpiar tantas habiciones”

“Manchas desagradáveis em tapetes e móveis. Havia uma bola de pelo na parede da banheira. Manchas estranhas nas cabeceiras da cama. Cada máquina de gelo estava quebrada. Não há serviço de alimentação. Você deve reservar a piscina por uma hora de cada vez para até 15 pessoas. Covid deveria fazer da limpeza uma prioridade, mas este lugar levou a limpeza a um novo nível. Mas eu tenho um ponto positivo… O lobby é impressionante.”
