“Um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Quando entrei pela primeira vez, não pude deixar de notar o quão bom este hotel era. Fui recebido imediatamente e a equipe foi muito simpática e me fez o check-in rapidamente. Pedimos um pack n play para a nossa filha dormir e foi criado rapidamente. O quarto era muito espaçoso e muito limpo. Chuveiro quente, cama confortável e adorei ter a quitinete em nosso quarto. Nós temos filhos, então ter um lugar com petiscos e fazer garrafas foi perfeito. O café da manhã na manhã seguinte era bom e tinha uma ótima seleção de opções. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente!”

“Outstanding. I hope the corporate officers of Hilton, and the General manager see my review. From the moment we walked in until we left customer service is number 1 at the Brandon Embassy Suites. Our premium room was impeccably clean. The front desk ladies Trisha and Shea should be recognized for their above and beyond helpful services. They never ran out of linens, or anything. When I needed something they said "Is there anything else you need?" The cleaning staff is also amazing, they move fast and sterilize everything. We will be back. Thank you Hilton for this great example of a hotel!!!!”
