“Service was above and beyond normal. This goes for every single employee there. They make you feel wonderful the entire time. They also have an amazing lobby. Everything else is what you would expect from an embassy suites, spacious suites, all the amenities. Only issue is that they have one luggage cart for the entire hotel, which can be difficult for families or groups. Hopefully they add a few more soon.”

“Nasty stains on carpets and furniture. There was a hairball on the wall of the tub. Weird smudges on the headboards. Every ice machine was broken. There is no food service. You have to reserve the pool for one hour at a time for up to 15 people. Covid was supposed to make cleaning a priority but this place took cleaning to a new low. But I have a positive… The lobby is impressive.”
