“Outstanding. I hope the corporate officers of Hilton, and the General manager see my review. From the moment we walked in until we left customer service is number 1 at the Brandon Embassy Suites. Our premium room was impeccably clean. The front desk ladies Trisha and Shea should be recognized for their above and beyond helpful services. They never ran out of linens, or anything. When I needed something they said "Is there anything else you need?" The cleaning staff is also amazing, they move fast and sterilize everything. We will be back. Thank you Hilton for this great example of a hotel!!!!”

“Nasty stains on carpets and furniture. There was a hairball on the wall of the tub. Weird smudges on the headboards. Every ice machine was broken. There is no food service. You have to reserve the pool for one hour at a time for up to 15 people. Covid was supposed to make cleaning a priority but this place took cleaning to a new low. But I have a positive… The lobby is impressive.”
