“Good location but busy area. Great service from Nadia, Jessica, Vania and others at the front desk and housekeeping. They try hard. The rooms are just ok. Bathroom has lots of problems: drainage problems at the sink and shower where the water sits too long. Faucets have too much pressure and water goes everywhere.”

“Modest hotel in mid-80's bldg. Decor is dated but can't beat the location steps away from the main Sintra square and the National Palace. Hotel is built on the side of a steep hill. Reception is on the 4th floor, which is the ground entrance from the front, but floors below and above had guest rooms. My room was on the 1st floor which felt a bit like going down into the basement, but once in the room I found it open at the back -- airy and light with a balcony and views out of the back of the hotel across the city. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and a good size. Wifi worked with good speed. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but looked pleasant enough.
Some of the carpets in the hallways were stained and a bit grubby- but no issues with room cleanliness.”
