Este encantador hotel, restaurado en el año 2001, tiene ocho plantas y dispone de un total de 77 habitaciones, 73 de ellas dobles y 4 suites. En el hall de entrada hay un área de recepción abierta las 24 horas del día donde se recibe calurosamente a los huéspedes. Además, dispone de servicio de caja fuerte, de cambio de divisa y de un ascensor. Podrá relajarse en las elegantes salas de estar, así como degustar su comida en el restaurante a la carta climatizado mientras disfruta de unas maravillosas vistas panorámicas. Asimismo, no se tendrá que preocupar por su vehículo ya que hay un aparcamiento y un garaje. El servicio de habitaciones y de lavandería, la sala de conferencias y la terminal de Internet completan todas estas instalaciones y servicios. Las autoridades locales de Sintra, clasificadas Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, han establecido nuevas normas de tráfico para acceder al centro del pueblo con el fin de mejorar la experiencia en la ciudad. Debido a estas reglas, los huéspedes deberán informar al hotel de los detalles de su reserva y registro del vehículo que viajan. Los equipos del hotel ayudarán a cada huésped a preparar su llegada al hotel

“We had the most wonderful experience at Tívoli Sintra. The location is perfect to see all of the historical sites and tour the town. The most incredible thing is the view. We had a balcony overlooking the castles, it felt like we were nestled in the mountains, like out of a romantic movie. It’s truly magical! The restaurant is delicious and the included breakfast was excellent. The customer service was above and beyond. When we mentioned to the waiter that we were on our honeymoon, he sent a bottle of champagne and dessert up to our room. It really made our evening special! I just wish we had more time to spend here! We will definitely be back. Thanks for the fantastic stay!”

“Positive points:
1. Amazing view
2. Nice check-in. They kept our luggages since we've arrived early. After hiking they already put our luggages in our room.
Negative points:
1. Equipment of the room was disappointing.
Plastic coffee cups (even 3 star hotels provide real espresso cups)
Entrance light was blinking. So we had to kept turning it off.
Terrace door didn't close correctly.
Toilet flushing button popped up out.
They left a tiny bottle of shampoo and a shower gel for 2 persons. So I had to ask them more.
2. Horrible breakfast
Breakfast was not buffet like other hotels. Once we sit, a waiter gave us one plate of ham and cheese(3slices of cheese 3 slices of ham) + bread basket and one small plate of fruit. They had to ask if we wanted coffee or tea but they were so busy to cover all the table. We waited for 10 mins to ask coffee but they didn't come. So I had to go to the bar table in order that they could recognise me.
I don't understand why they keep this breakfast system. Either should open buffet breakfast or hire more waiters to cover all the tables.
After finishing it, we were still so hungry. The waiter came to us. I thought he would ask if we wanted more food. But he asked us if he could clean the plates.
