“El hotel es muy bonito, pero el servicio es lento porque tienen poco personalde ayuda. La piscina cierra a las 6 pm y todo cierra temprano, no hay vida nocturna en absoluto, no hay baile y la única música que tocan es música reggae. No considero este lugar para ser un complejo familiar, los guardias de securidadpermiten a la gente venir a la playa vendiendo marihuana, que ofrecen marihuana a las niñas jóvenes caminando en la playa. Es muy irrespetuoso y desagradable. Nadie en el complejo hablaba cualquier otro idioma aparte de inglés pobre y el idioma nativo de Jamaica, en un lugar donde visitan personas de luagres diferentes deberia de haber personal que hable otros idiomas para poder atender a la clientela. El servicio de habitación era inadecuado, cuando llegamos las habitaciones eran desatendidas, las camas eran todavía un desastre de los clientes anteriores y la mini nevera estaba llena de bebidas a medio vacío. Es necesario tener mucha precaución con cualquier transacción que se ocupe de efectivo, asegúrese de que todas las facturas se comprueban a mano. Pagamos las excursiones en un lunesy viernes llamaron para reclamar que los billetes eran falsificaciones. no se confien , que parecen ser humildes pero alli esta la trampa. ademas los techos tenian liqueo y se estaban desprendiendo por la lluvia ,las puertas del baño en 1 habitation se trabo con un niño dentro y el personal de servicio nunca llego a golpes se logro abrir , Fuimos un grupo de 22 .The hotel is very nice but the service is slow because they have little amounts of help. The pool closes at 6 pm and everything closes early, there is absolutely no night life whatsoever, there is no dancing and the only music they play is reggae music. I do not consider this place to be a family friendly resort, the securities on staff allow people to come on the beach selling marijuana, they offer marijuana to young girls walking on the beach. It is very disrespectful and distasteful. No one at the resort spoke any other language other than poor English and the native language of Jamaica, in such a resort where people from all over are visiting there should be people on staff that speak different languages ​​to cater to the clientele.
