“Me and my boyfriend stayed for 4 days, it was amazing. Rooms were really nice and clean !! The only thing is we stayed in building 2 and it was kinda far for us to walk to get breakfast or lunch.. we did room service but they didn’t serve everything on the menu.. but anyways this place was good n hopefully we can return!!!”

“This was my first trip to beautiful Jamaica. The Royalton resort had beautiful, clean beaches. The staff are fantastic - courteous and friendly. There are many restaurants to choose from, with fairly good quality. The Grazie Italian restaurant has the best food of the options we tried.The resort is kept pretty clean. The lawns & beaches seem to be the focus more than the guest accommodations. We observed more than a few maintenance issues. Our room had a broken shower head, broken valves on the jetted tub, a wonky closet door, & no cushions on the patio chairs our entire 5 day stay; plus a previous guest's half smoked cigar just lying around.Someone else in our party had a broken toilet, others had mix ups on type of room (single vs. double), etc. We had to call for housekeeping on 2 consecutive days, as it had not been done, and did not receive any extra shampoos etc. as they ran out in our room. We had a great stay, but it could have been better if the property were better maintained overall.”
