“I made a reservation with this hotel and told them that I am a Platinum member and I made the reservation through the Marriott Bonvoy program and the duty manager called Andreas told me that we can't give you an upgrade and they don't have a business lounge. 12 square meters and I spoke to them through the conversation in the Bonvoy program and there was no response in hours. I told them that I was not satisfied at all. I went to the reception and asked to meet the general manager. They told me that he was in a meeting and he came to the duty manager and told me that he could not do the promotion and that if I wanted to leave the hotel, no It's okay and he told me this is London and I told him that I will go out to another hotel and he did not mind and he immediately brought my money and acted as if he was expelling me from the hotel, so I went out and now I am staying in another hotel I received a warm reception from them and they told me that they will inform me about the preparation of the upgrade and they confirmed it with me before my arrival(( For the record, I am visiting the UK for the first time, London.
