“Was called by staff telling me that I had forgotten something. Did not send to me, have called and spoken to managers on multiple occasions and they promised they would send it and have not.
Maybe this will will inspire them to send it over a month later.
I expect more for the Four Seasons.
UPDATE - I called them AGAIN, and they took care of things to my satisfaction. Beautiful place- sweet staff.”

“When I was passing through Santa Fe in March 2021, I dined at the Four Season for lunch, and Geronimo for dinner, and enjoyed my lunch at the Four Season more than my dinner at Geronimo. The Four Seasons get the vibe just right. Classy and respectful, but also grounded and humble. Not pretentious or hyperconscious of how you look etc etc. Next time I'm in Santa Fe, I'm gonna dine at the Four Seasons for lunch AND dinner!”
