“Very confusing how they claim to be a 5 star resort, it's more like a 3 star hotel with some amenities. About half of the amenities claimed on the website aren't offered. The restaurant is okay, but as more focused on cute haute cuisine than making the customers happy with real food. Everything was wildly overpriced. I guess the idea is if they charge a lot it must be good. I had heard about Four Seasons my entire life as a name synonymous with luxury, but it appears it's just a fancy brand that offers the same treatment and amenities as a $150 hotel for almost ten times the price.”

“I've stayed at several Four Seasons properties, and I enjoyed this one as well. The restaurant was excellent, and I enjoyed the spa. The casitas were nice spaces - this is going to be more rustic than your typical Four Seasons hotel, but very enjoyable. I plan to return.”
