Attended a yoga class and absolutely loved it! The staff at the spa was super helpful and absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend Amy Jane she was an amazing yoga instructor!

I've stayed at several Four Seasons properties, and I enjoyed this one as well. The restaurant was excellent, and I enjoyed the spa. The casitas were nice spaces - this is going to be more rustic than your typical Four Seasons hotel, but very enjoyable. I plan to return.

When I was passing through Santa Fe in March 2021, I dined at the Four Season for lunch, and Geronimo for dinner, and enjoyed my lunch at the Four Season more than my dinner at Geronimo. The Four Seasons get the vibe just right. Classy and respectful, but also grounded and humble. Not pretentious or hyperconscious of how you look etc etc. Next time I'm in Santa Fe, I'm gonna dine at the Four Seasons for lunch AND dinner!

Very confusing how they claim to be a 5 star resort, it's more like a 3 star hotel with some amenities. About half of the amenities claimed on the website aren't offered. The restaurant is okay, but as more focused on cute haute cuisine than making the customers happy with real food. Everything was wildly overpriced. I guess the idea is if they charge a lot it must be good. I had heard about Four Seasons my entire life as a name synonymous with luxury, but it appears it's just a fancy brand that offers the same treatment and amenities as a $150 hotel for almost ten times the price.

Was called by staff telling me that I had forgotten something. Did not send to me, have called and spoken to managers on multiple occasions and they promised they would send it and have not. Maybe this will will inspire them to send it over a month later. I expect more for the Four Seasons. UPDATE - I called them AGAIN, and they took care of things to my satisfaction. Beautiful place- sweet staff.
