“Great location. Beautiful setting. Staff is SO nice that it's almost impossible to say enough about how great they are!
Only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the fixtures and furnishings are looking a bit down at the heels and that's not quite appropriate. Time for a bit of a refresh.
My bathroom shower was giant and fancy but I couldn't get the water quite hit enough no matter how much I fiddled with that Grohe temp setting”

“Nice room? Check. Valet service? No. For the price (paid over $450/night EACH for 2 rooms), we expected a little more. A bottle water? No way! Staffing? Could be better! Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. Disappointed.”
