“We went to check out the Candyland display as publicly advertised. My 7-month pregnant wife and 3-yr old had to use the restroom after driving about an hour to visit. They were told that restrooms were "for guests only."Claremont - how on earth can you have a public display like this and not offer any facilities? Let alone to someone who is pregnant and there with a toddler? I was shocked to hear this.And no, please don't try to use Covid as an excuse. This was a rainy day with very few visitors (less than 10 people were there at the time) and very few staying guests. Everyone was wearing masks and socially distant.This is simply a nonsensical, archaic policy you have and is absolutely shocking. Restrooms are a basic right, especially if you're advertising a public display to visit.You all should be embarrassed of yourselves. Period.”

“I had a truly horrific experience. The room cost more than $800 and there was just one issue after another. The worst was that there was a 3 hour wait to get a crib, which was set up so that it folded halfway through the night and almost killed my baby. I was calling customer service for hours and when they finally answered they said “oh sorry, we were busy.” Busy at midnight? That’s a ridiculous lie, they just didn’t have any manning the desk. Later on, the woman at the front desk had no idea about any of the events going on. My husband left his phone at the pool and then they refused to let him get it back after the pool area closed. He literally didn’t have a phone all night long until I went in and negotiated with them in the morning. Then housekeeping came by at 7 am and knocked loudly on the door for like 5 minutes. The wake up call we definitely didn’t need. I can say without a doubt that this was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in my life.”
