“Bonito quarto? Verificar. Serviço de manobrista? Não. Para o preço (pago mais de US$ 450/noite CADA para 2 quartos), esperávamos um pouco mais. Uma garrafa de água? De jeito nenhum! Pessoal? Poderia ser melhor! Definitivamente NÃO é um hotel 5 estrelas. Decepcionado.”

“We went to check out the Candyland display as publicly advertised. My 7-month pregnant wife and 3-yr old had to use the restroom after driving about an hour to visit. They were told that restrooms were "for guests only."Claremont - how on earth can you have a public display like this and not offer any facilities? Let alone to someone who is pregnant and there with a toddler? I was shocked to hear this.And no, please don't try to use Covid as an excuse. This was a rainy day with very few visitors (less than 10 people were there at the time) and very few staying guests. Everyone was wearing masks and socially distant.This is simply a nonsensical, archaic policy you have and is absolutely shocking. Restrooms are a basic right, especially if you're advertising a public display to visit.You all should be embarrassed of yourselves. Period.”
