“The view is amazing, the location in Boca is good and the hotel is very secure since you need your room key to access the elevators for therooms. We felt like the staff could be more friendly, we understand that we all have our bad days but it seems like most of them were having a bad one or something. We tried to access the roof top bar and they told us it would be very hard to access since it was full (even though 7-9 people walked out as we were being btold that). I would recommend staying here for the view and the safety of the location. But if that's not enough there might be better options around.”

“The hotel was great. It would have been perfect if they had front desk staff that are properly trained. You get different response to an inquiry depending on who you spoke to. For a hotel of this level, all employees should be trained to have and share the same information about the property.”
