“Good value hotel in Bocagrande, 5 min taxi to historical centre. Large scale service model. Hotel and rooms are comfortable however a few dislikes:
- Pool area closes @ 6pm, just as the famous Cartagena sunset begins. This needs to change. Such a waste of fantastic sunset view.
- The hotel rooftop bar (Skybar) does not open Mon and Tues so there is no where to enjoy an evening drink in the hotel except in your room.
- Nothing stocked in bar fridge. All snacks or drinks need to be ordered via room service which can be slow.
- Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests for items that were forgotten (towels etc).”

“The view is amazing, the location in Boca is good and the hotel is very secure since you need your room key to access the elevators for therooms. We felt like the staff could be more friendly, we understand that we all have our bad days but it seems like most of them were having a bad one or something. We tried to access the roof top bar and they told us it would be very hard to access since it was full (even though 7-9 people walked out as we were being btold that). I would recommend staying here for the view and the safety of the location. But if that's not enough there might be better options around.”
