“Not a five because the breakfast option is awful, seriously cost is overpriced but ok if you want something quick. Hotel is within walking distance of the SAP center. They do have a parking garage, cost is $35 a day. You have to ask for service and even then you may not receive service. Otherwise the room was exactly what I expected.”

“Hate to give a one star on Christmas, but how would they treat their costumers this way during Christmas. No room service, cleaning towels, no reserved rooms, downsize with no refund.
We booked 517 sq feet multiple rooms city view online for family trip and got a standard two king room. You at your own risk of not getting what you want if you booked through Expedia. They (front desk) said ‘we didn’t collect your money, Expedia did, you should contact them for the room you reserved’.’ ….. quote ‘we have no control over what they put for pictures and information. I got you two kings, that’s what we have.’’
I would never come or recommend this hotel.”
