“New built. Room is in good shape and conditions. The reason for lower rating is because it is close to the high way and below the plane landing path hence there are constant noises. And also the fact that during my stay there was room services for 3 days and I was told they had a short of hands. Totally not acceptable given the price paid.”

“Hate to give a one star on Christmas, but how would they treat their costumers this way during Christmas. No room service, cleaning towels, no reserved rooms, downsize with no refund.
We booked 517 sq feet multiple rooms city view online for family trip and got a standard two king room. You at your own risk of not getting what you want if you booked through Expedia. They (front desk) said ‘we didn’t collect your money, Expedia did, you should contact them for the room you reserved’.’ ….. quote ‘we have no control over what they put for pictures and information. I got you two kings, that’s what we have.’’
