The Residence Inn Salt Lake City has consistently provided high quality service and attention to detail during my stays. I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and immaculate condition of the rooms. There is no place I would rather stay than Marriott. Ms. Clarisa at the Residence Inn Salt Lake City down town is an exceptional manager. I received excellent customer service from her. My admiration for her professionalism, expertise, and intelligence is unwavering. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay at Marriott was pleasant and well-cared for. Having a supportive and cohesive manager like Ms. Clarisa makes a positive impact on the customer experience. Front desk staff Mr. Trevor and Mr. Cyrus provided excellent customer service. They treat customers with kindness, generosity, and respect. My sincere appreciation and gratitude are due to the entire team for treating me so wonderfully. It was an excellent stay in every way. I highly recommend this place.

I left about 2k in my room and housekeeping got to my room before I could come back to retrieve it. I reported it to the front desk. Housekeeping apparently doesn’t know anything about it. As if they don’t keep logs of who cleans which room. Their housekeeping are thieves and liars. Said they’d investigate and I’ve already considered it a lost, but We stayed here before Christmas too. Some kind of holiday spirit. Overall their rooms are nice and neat. Hard to trust tho.

We had a three night stay here. Our room was satisfactory but the kitchenette was poorly equipped, kitchen lighting was poor, and the air-conditioning didn't work (we couldn't get the room temperature below 75 without opening a door). The complimentary breakfast bar was well stocked with a good variety of choices.

The good: I received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom that had 1 king and 2 queens. It's big and if I was traveling with family this would be perfect. There is a fridge and oven in the room with a dining table, desk and couch. The bad: the room doesn't seem to be cleaned well. There was hair on the nightstand. Crumbs in the desk chair, the couch looked dirty. It just didn't seem all that clean.

Made a reservation. I noticed that i would arrive really early. I message them hotel to see if i can check in early. They said it would be decided that day, and they can always store my luggage for me. When i got there it was 9 am. Checking in is at 3 pm. They had an empty room and allowed to check in early. They also have me bottles of water. They provide good WiFi. The room came with a kitchenette, fridge, sink, some dishes. My room wear clean and comfortable. The closet has a safe that fits my 14 inch laptop. Very convenient location in the heart of downtown. They provide breakfast. Very convenient that i didn't have to go somewhere for that. I would recommend stay at this hotel. The hotel staff would say hello to me by my name. Nice touch.
