“The good: I received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom that had 1 king and 2 queens. It's big and if I was traveling with family this would be perfect. There is a fridge and oven in the room with a dining table, desk and couch.
The bad: the room doesn't seem to be cleaned well. There was hair on the nightstand. Crumbs in the desk chair, the couch looked dirty. It just didn't seem all that clean.”

“We had a three night stay here. Our room was satisfactory but the kitchenette was poorly equipped, kitchen lighting was poor, and the air-conditioning didn't work (we couldn't get the room temperature below 75 without opening a door). The complimentary breakfast bar was well stocked with a good variety of choices.”
