My wife and I have been homeless lately due to horrible landlords and high deposits for apartments. This place has been earthly salvation for us. Very homey vibes, extremely nice and hospitable employees. Coffee all day every day is a huge plus while we wait for housing. Thank you for helping us out and being friendly

Bathroom and shower were left dirty. Room was the size of a Super 8 motel. We got the largest room with a king bed. The heating and cooling basically didn't work. There was one cup for coffee with no stirrers. Tissues were stuck in a non removable dispenser and got clogged in the tiny hole after four or five uses. I was also told I could pay cash over the phone and when I got there I was told I could not. Nowhere near worth the 118 dollars.

Incredible customer service! Linda at the front desk was just wonderful. I was checking in fairly late at night and she was truly friendly and pleasant through the process. Since we had to leave before breakfast, Linda offered to make us snack bags with Bagels, cream cheese, fruits, yogurt, etc. Very thoughtful and it goes to show they care about the u guests. My room had a bit of a weird smell but the excellent service made that less of a problem.

THEFT! park to fly and our catalytic converter was stolen when we returned. We did a park and stay. The night we stayed there was no TV. The front desk person just shrugged (offered me points which wasn’t relevant). The pool and hot tub were dirty - didn’t prevent our kids from having fun but still gross. As above - when we came back from the airport the catalytic converter from our car was stolen ($1250 bill!). I spoke with the front desk and manager and they were hardly empathetic. Super lame! Will never stay again.

Wow! Really great place & rooms are nice & clean. Easy access to town, everything. Great help with information on things to do. Good beds. What a cool 360° view, easy parking next to the Colorado River greenery, boat cruises, if its not raining to hard. We got rained out, no problem, yes, we'll have to go back! Thank you!
