“THEFT! park to fly and our catalytic converter was stolen when we returned.
We did a park and stay. The night we stayed there was no TV. The front desk person just shrugged (offered me points which wasn’t relevant). The pool and hot tub were dirty - didn’t prevent our kids from having fun but still gross. As above - when we came back from the airport the catalytic converter from our car was stolen ($1250 bill!). I spoke with the front desk and manager and they were hardly empathetic. Super lame! Will never stay again.”

“Incredible customer service!
Linda at the front desk was just wonderful. I was checking in fairly late at night and she was truly friendly and pleasant through the process.
Since we had to leave before breakfast, Linda offered to make us snack bags with Bagels, cream cheese, fruits, yogurt, etc. Very thoughtful and it goes to show they care about the u guests.
My room had a bit of a weird smell but the excellent service made that less of a problem.”
