“I spent 3 night here. One of the best experience ever. Amazing cleaning policy even during covid 19 pandemic. Wonderful cheerful helpful staff. Marvelous outdoor pool, one for lane swimming and one for leisure swimming,3 hot tubs and 2 gorgeous wooden outdoor dry saunas. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for parking but this is something normal in whistler. The hotel relatedrestaurants are again on pricy range but wonderful services. If you are a skiers you only have 2 min walk to the Balckcomb ski Gandola and the hotel offers you free locker for your skies.”

“Just stayed on the newly renovated gold floor in Whistler. The rooms, which showcase modern cabin like decor, are beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We were there for our anniversary and when we checked into the room, we were greeted by sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and house made chocolate bars. The Gold lounge is awesome - ample seating, amazing views, board games for the kids, comfortable couches, and delicious food, hot and cold beverages, and treats available throughout the day. You can tell they have put in a lot of thought to make the space comfortable while still maintaining social distancing and keeping all the food to individual portions during COVID. Every one of the staff greeted us by name, made sure we had everything we needed, and the manager Christine made sure that we had an amazing stay, even going above and beyond to make sure that our children had food that they enjoyed. Staff that especially took care of us include Roman, Dale and Carla.”
