I spent 3 night here. One of the best experience ever. Amazing cleaning policy even during covid 19 pandemic. Wonderful cheerful helpful staff. Marvelous outdoor pool, one for lane swimming and one for leisure swimming,3 hot tubs and 2 gorgeous wooden outdoor dry saunas. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for parking but this is something normal in whistler. The hotel relatedrestaurants are again on pricy range but wonderful services. If you are a skiers you only have 2 min walk to the Balckcomb ski Gandola and the hotel offers you free locker for your skies.

Great stay on the Gold Floor. 5/5 on service and snacks in the lounge. Ian, Monica, Ai and Dale were great. The 1 and 2 bedroom suites we had were well appointed and the restaurants on the property were outstanding. However, our stay was made most memorable by Hailey working the Blackcomb Gondola lift line who is employed by your rental and ski valet shop. My daughter lost her toe clip on her board somewhere in the large lineup. Hailey went up and down the line and found the missing clip and we were able to continue on with our day. Note also that she offered to run to the shop if we couldn’t find it. Given we’d waited nearly 2 hours in line and we were near the front, she arranged to have us wait to the side at the gate if need be. My daughter is 13 and of course was upset at the prospect of missing some runs in the early morning. Hailey saved the day. Please ensure she is recognized for her outstanding service.

It was my second trip here and again we had an amazing time in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler over New Year. We even got a small birthday cake in the room (it was ones birthday) and some additional treats during the days we stayed here. Nice, more traditionel rooms with an awesome view. Hot Sauna and pool was clean and not always super crowded except of new years eve. We will definitely come back soon Thanks for the great weekend

Can't say enough good things about Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Everything was stellar from start to finish, and the location is amazing for families and couples. Everything you need is outside your door, and both the Ski Lift and the Village are a short walk away. Masks and other protocols are being strictly enforced everywhere, so that made us feel very safe and risk free during our stay. Not to mention the amazing staff, everyone deserves kudos and merry christmas!

Fiquei apenas no piso de ouro recém-renovado em Whistler. Os quartos, que apresentam decoração moderna em estilo de cabana, são bonitos, luxuosos e confortáveis. Nós estávamos lá para o nosso aniversário e quando entramos no quarto, fomos recebidos por vinho espumante, morangos cobertos com chocolate e barras de chocolate caseiras. O Gold lounge é incrível - lugares sentados, vistas incríveis, jogos de tabuleiro para as crianças, sofás confortáveis e comida deliciosa, bebidas quentes e frias e guloseimas disponíveis durante todo o dia. Você pode dizer que eles pensaram muito para tornar o espaço confortável, mantendo o distanciamento social e mantendo toda a comida em porções individuais durante o COVID. Cada um dos funcionários nos cumprimentou pelo nome, garantiu que tivéssemos tudo o que precisávamos, e o gerente Christine garantiu que tivéssemos uma estadia incrível, indo além para garantir que nossos filhos tivessem comida de que gostassem. Os funcionários que cuidaram especialmente de nós incluem Roman, Dale e Carla.

Just stayed on the newly renovated gold floor in Whistler. The rooms, which showcase modern cabin like decor, are beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We were there for our anniversary and when we checked into the room, we were greeted by sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and house made chocolate bars. The Gold lounge is awesome - ample seating, amazing views, board games for the kids, comfortable couches, and delicious food, hot and cold beverages, and treats available throughout the day. You can tell they have put in a lot of thought to make the space comfortable while still maintaining social distancing and keeping all the food to individual portions during COVID. Every one of the staff greeted us by name, made sure we had everything we needed, and the manager Christine made sure that we had an amazing stay, even going above and beyond to make sure that our children had food that they enjoyed. Staff that especially took care of us include Roman, Dale and Carla.

Our stay was fabulous, as we felt we received the Royal treatment. I do have to mention the gentleman (with glasses, don’t have his name, who worked this past Saturday and Sunday) at the temperature/wellness desk was phenomenal! He was polite, welcoming, listened to our needs and provided quick and efficient solutions to our inquiry! Super friendly and personable. He is such an asset! Actually, the entire staff at the hotel from the concierge, check-in, pool and fitness staff, and room service were amazing. We had such a memorable family stay at this hotel. No issues whatsoever and lasting memories!

Excellent customer service, always there for you but not overbearing. Exceptionally clean, COVID rules followed to the fullest. Great restaurants for all, the casual and fine dining. Restaurant staff absolutely amazing (The Mallard, Portobello). And Alta is sooo cute!A tip for those who don’t want to pay $40/day for parking: park in one of the nearby public lots 1-4. They are $10 or $15/day max 24 hrs, but then you extend every day using your phone 👍

Great place to stay in Whistler. The service is amazing and he room is thoroughly cleaned. They’re doing a greet job at enforcing social distancing and crowd control. Felt safe staying here for sure.

I really enjoyed my first visit here. We had one of the smaller rooms but honestly that's my personal preference, it was a very nice room regardless of size. We were located on the front side of the hotel that didn't have the best view, so if you are particular of your view, maybe keep that in mind when you are booking your stay here. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The main run of the building, as well as the room, was clean and well taken care of. They have a gallery on the ground floor below the main floor that had some absolutely amazing and stunning artwork that was very unique that I look forward to seeing more of.

Absolutamente un hotel de lujo pero con la calidez de un hogar. Posee un reiquísimo Health center, con 2 piscinas temperadas,varios Jacuzzi y 4 saunas, en verano puedes disfrutar de una espectacular cancha de Golf, el personal es muy atento y está justo al lado de la góndola de Blackcomb
