“Wonderful, welcoming trendy hotel right on the waterfront close to restaurants, museums, and boat tours. In just a few minutes walk, you can be in the old town area.
The downstairs has so many little nooks with chairs and coffee tables for relaxing, and several separate lounges for reading or having dinner with friends if you can snag it first. Our room was small but warm, very clean, with comfy beds, and a fabulous "rain" shower with plenty of hot water. Really enjoyed the big bottles of toiletries provided in the room too. We paid a bit extra to get a balcony room overlooking the marina and it was well worth it. Wonderful views!
The hotel restaurant, Slippbarinn, was fantastic - we ate dinner there twice, and really enjoyed our meal both times. On Saturday night we had the extra bonus of a DJ performing, spinning fab tunes. We booked breakfast with our room, and the morning buffet was fantastic - quite a spread that got us off on a good start each morning. We were sad when our trip came to an end and we had to say farewell!”

“The hotel has a fantastic location and allows you to get to different parts of the city within a 15 min walk.
The room was clean and it was comfy. Good amenities including towels, bedding, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner.
Only consideration would be for light sleepers as it can be quite noisy with people coming in and out at different times. But the hotel is great value for money (I booked directly via their website)”
