“My father and I had a mixed bag of experiences at this hotel but ended up happy with the stay.
When we arrived at the location we were told that there were no rooms at the upper floors. We were given a third floor room that hadn't properly been cleaned. We were then offered a room of the same size on the eighth floor... So obviously they didn't offer the best room to us in the first place.
Another problem was that after extending for one day the hotel repeatedly called us insisting that we hadn't paid. It turned out it was a fault in their system.
Finally, despite making booking for 2 people, the hotel said only one person could attend breakfast. How, in a room for 2, can you say only one person could attend breakfast?
Now, despite all these problems the hotel staff did provide quick solutions and were courteous and apologetic. On the final day the hotel manager called us personally and went above and beyond in apologizing and providing us with ample time to check out.
The room itself was not particularly stellar. The beds were fine and I appreciated the complimentary fruits, sweets, water and utilities like iron table, prayer rug, and so on. The bathroom could be better as I really don't like open showers. The roof floor restaurant and the staff working there are excellent.
The best thing about this hotel is obviously the location. You can't beat it.”

“Meu pai e eu tivemos uma mistura de experiências neste hotel, mas acabamos felizes com a estadia.Quando chegamos ao local, fomos informados de que não havia quartos nos andares superiores. Nos foi dado um quarto no terceiro andar que não tinha sido devidamente limpo. Foi-nos oferecido um quarto do mesmo tamanho no oitavo andar ... Então, obviamente, eles não ofereceram o melhor quarto para nós em primeiro lugar.Outro problema foi que depois de estender por um dia o hotel repetidamente nos ligou insistindo que não tínhamos pago. Descobriu-se que era uma falha no sistema deles.Por fim, apesar de fazer reserva para 2 pessoas, o hotel disse que apenas uma pessoa poderia participar do café da manhã. Como, em um quarto para 2, você pode dizer que apenas uma pessoa pode tomar café da manhã?Agora, apesar de todos esses problemas, os funcionários do hotel forneceram soluções rápidas e foram corteses e se desculparam. No último dia, o gerente do hotel nos ligou pessoalmente e foi além de pedir desculpas e nos fornecer tempo suficiente para fazer o check-out.O quarto em si não era particularmente estelar. As camas eram boas e apreciei as frutas de cortesia, doces, água e utilitários como mesa de ferro, tapete de oração e assim por diante. O banheiro poderia ser melhor, pois não gosto de chuveiros abertos. O restaurante na cobertura e os funcionários que trabalham lá são excelentes.A melhor coisa sobre este hotel é obviamente a localização. Você não pode vencê-lo.”
