Location - great.
Room size - generous.
Customer service - repeatedly lacking. Struggled to allocate rooms - you would assume they had experience but it was like their first day at a new job. Their grasp of English was very basic. Not all muslims speak/understand Arabic.
Restaurant manager is incapable of handling large numbers. Experience was almost embarrassing. Not enough food or tables. On challenging the manager all he would say was “ come earlier” , “ there’s plenty” - he constantly pointed at the guests being at fault. Trying to get food was like being in a rugby scrum. I ended up opting many times for room service which cost extra. This manager needs replaced or trained.”

“Muy bueno en cuanto a limpieza y ubicación.Su ubicación es frente a las puertas principales del santuario, a un minuto a pie. En el patio del plantel 🤩 En cuanto al espacio de oración de las mujeres, se considera alejado porque el hotel está frente a la Puerta 5 y el lugar de las mujeres está en la Puerta 12.La limpieza no tiene nada que decir, los baños son nuevos y la habitación es bonita y espaciosa. Teníamos una habitación con vista al Haram y se veía hermosa, gracias a Dios.En cuanto a la hora de salida del hotel, son las 12 del mediodía, y hay cargos para los que se quedan para hacer el check out después de las 12, pero no lo hablé con ellos porque hice el check out a tiempo.”
