“Top-Place + Top-Service + Top-Room Very nice and big bathroom. The room is comfortabel and clean. OpenAirbar on the roof. In the Center of Venice 10 minutes to San Marco or Akademie Bridge. Only 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Between streets with shops and small squares in a nice and clean area. Next to the theater. Everybody is friendly. Breakfast with Buffet but not too busy. Its calm and silent there. Like the hole hotel is. My wife and me are lucky here! L. Weiss from Germany”
