The moment I walked through the door, Kat, greeted me and made me feel welcome. Her greeting was just the first of many wonderful interactions I had with staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made me feel valued. It's walkable to many tourist destinations. I chose it because it was within my price range and allowed me to access public transportation relatively easily.

Os quartos com cama king size são espaçosos. A localização era perfeita. Havia muitos restaurantes a uma curta distância. O estacionamento custa US$ 25, mas consegui ir e vir. The rooms with King size bed are spacious. The location was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Parking cost $25 but I was able to come and go. You don't need a car at all. Wholefood grocery store and CVS is near. Starbucks inside the hotel. I would stay again.

Hotel estava em um local seguro, excelente a uma curta distância de muitos restaurantes e lojas. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Kenneth foi acima e além para nos fazer sentir bem-vindos e como se estivéssemos em uma casa longe de casa.Os quartos eram muito limpos. O banheiro poderia usar uma atualização que é a minha razão para quatro vs. cinco estrelas.

A equipe é super simpática! A localização do hotel é muito conveniente. Quarto estava limpo. Cama era super confortável. Tínhamos ficado para um concerto no Pier 6 Pavilion e fomos capazes de caminhar alguns quarteirões. É um pouco mais de caminhada para chegar ao aquário e outras atividades do porto, mas definitivamente possível. Houve um bar/restaurante no local (não aberto 24/7). As janelas se abriram um pouco, o que foi bom para a brisa. Quarto ficou bom e fresco com ar. A pressão da água é muito boa em comparação com outros hotéis. A taxa do estacionamento pode ser incluída nas taxas do hotel e eles fornecerão vouchers para que você possa entrar e sair do estacionamento conforme necessário. Há um elevador que se conecta diretamente à garagem do lobby. A área parecia segura. A conexão da TV estava perdendo o sinal às vezes.

El hotel estaba en una ubicación excelente y segura, a poca distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Kenneth hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y como si estuviéramos en un hogar lejos del hogar.Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Al baño le vendría bien una renovación, que es mi razón para cuatro contra cinco estrellas.

El personal es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. La habitación estaba limpia. La cama era súper cómoda. Nos habíamos quedado para un concierto en el Pier 6 Pavilion y pudimos caminar unas pocas cuadras. Es un poco más de una caminata para llegar al acuario y otras actividades del puerto, pero definitivamente factible. Había un bar/restaurante en el lugar (no abierto 24/7). Las ventanas se abrieron un poco, lo cual fue agradable para la brisa. La habitación se mantuvo agradable y fresca con aire acondicionado. La presión del agua es bastante buena en comparación con otros hoteles. La tarifa del estacionamiento se puede incluir en las tarifas de su hotel y le darán cupones para que pueda entrar y salir del estacionamiento según sea necesario. Staff is super friendly! Hotel location is very convenient. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. We had stayed for a concert at the Pier 6 Pavilion and were able to just walk the few blocks. It's a little more of a walk to get to the aquarium and other harbor activities, but definitely doable. There was a bar/restaurant on site (not open 24/7). The windows opened slightly which was nice for the breeze. Room stayed nice and cool with air on. Water pressure is pretty good compared to other hotels. The parking garage fee can be included in your hotel fees and they'll give vouchers so you can come and go through the parking garage as needed. There is an elevator that connects right to the parking garage from the lobby. The area seemed safe. TV connection was losing signal at times.

Hotel was in a safe, great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Kenneth went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like we were staying in a home away from home. Rooms were very clean. The bathroom could use a refresh which is my reason for four vs. five stars.

Experiência absolutamente terrível ficar neste hotel. Deixe-me começar dizendo que o lobby e toda a equipe do hotel foram super agradáveis. O quarto era limpo - no entanto, meu quarto absolutamente fedia de cigarros. Havia um "ventilador de parede" no banheiro de onde vinha a fumaça do cigarro e era tão forte - fez todo o quarto cheirar mal. Tivemos que manter o banheiro fechado. O quarto também não tinha um secador de cabelo que, ao fazer a reserva, afirmou que o quarto estava equipado com um. I fornecido feedback através do site do Marriott e eles me informaram que um representante do "departamento executivo" iria voltar para mim em 3-5 dias. Já se passaram 10 dias e ainda não ouvi nada sobre minha reclamação. Eu realmente espero que nenhum outro hóspede tenha que passar por essa experiência - eu definitivamente evitarei os hotéis Marriott no futuro.

Absolutely terrible experience staying at this hotel.Let me first start off by saying the lobby and entire staff at the hotel were super nice.The room was clean - however my room absolutely stunk from cigarettes.There was a "wall vent" in the bathroom that the cigarette smoke came from and was so strong - made the entire room smell bad.We had to keep the bathroom closed.The room also did not have a hair dryer which when booking the reservation stated the room was equipped with one.I provided feedback via Marriott's website and they informed me that a representative from the "executive department" would get back to me in 3-5 days.It has been 10 days and I still have not heard a thing about my complaint.I really hope no other guest has to go through this experience - I will definitely be avoiding Marriott hotels in the future.

If you need to stay in Baltimore I recommend this hotel. Stayed here twice & it was very clean, welcoming & helpful staff and a good location nestled between the inner harbor, Little Italy & Fells Point. Kennith at the front desk went above & beyond making sure we had a great stay.

O hotel era limpo e localizado em uma excelente localização no centro de Baltimore. Fica a uma curta caminhada de restaurantes e bares. A equipe foi incrível e útil. O restaurante do hotel estava aberto apenas por algumas horas da manhã e a chave do meu quarto parou de funcionar durante toda a minha estadia. Eu vinha do centro de fitness e ficava trancado e tinha que ir até a recepção para pegar uma nova chave.

The hotel was clean and located in a great location in downtown Baltimore. It is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff was amazing and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was only open for a few hours in the morning and my room key stopped working every of my stay. I would come from the fitness center and be locked out and have to go to the front desk for a new key.

Fiquei no Courtyard Mariott por uma semana no mês passado, enquanto meu marido estava no hospital em Hopkins. Foi um período tenso para mim, e a equipe foi maravilhosa. Cada pessoa. Meu quarto foi estendido, minha taxa manteve-se relativamente baixa e a equipe foi muito gentil durante um período difícil. Obrigado a todos. Voltarei sempre que estiver em Baltimore.Há também ótimos restaurantes ao redor, um Whole Foods para quando você quer apenas algo para levar de volta para o quarto. Muito conveniente.

I stayed at the Courtyard Mariott for a week last month while my husband was in the hospital at Hopkins.It was a tense time for me, and the staff was marvelous.Every single person.My room was extended, my rate kept relatively low, and the staff was very kind during a difficult time.Thank you all.I will be back whenever I am in Baltimore.There are also great restaurants around, a Whole Foods for when you just want something to take back to the room.Very convenient.

close to waterfront restaurants Loch bar.Paid PARKING LOT ENTRANCE TO RIGHT OF HOTEL ENTRANCE, they will validate. Parking lot has elevator that goes to lobby so u can come up, get rolling valet cart and bring it right to car and get luggage. No valet parking. Super friendly and accommodating staff.

Cada recepcionista é TÃO gentil, mas eu tenho que gritar Bill! Ele sabe que viajo muito e sempre se esforça para garantir que estou confortável quando chego e ter conforto extra se ficar muito tempo. Obrigado por me fazer sentir em casa! Recomendo este hotel em geral também - perto de Whole Foods e teoria laranja para viajantes frequentes. Every single receptionist is SO kind but I have to shout out Bill! He knows I travel a lot and always goes out of his way to make sure I’m comfortable when I arrive and have extra comforts if I’m staying a long time. Thanks for making me feel at home! Highly recommend this hotel in general too - close to Whole Foods and orange theory for frequent travelers. And teavolve across the street has the best breakfast and lattes!
