“Experiência absolutamente terrível ficar neste hotel. Deixe-me começar dizendo que o lobby e toda a equipe do hotel foram super agradáveis. O quarto era limpo - no entanto, meu quarto absolutamente fedia de cigarros. Havia um "ventilador de parede" no banheiro de onde vinha a fumaça do cigarro e era tão forte - fez todo o quarto cheirar mal. Tivemos que manter o banheiro fechado. O quarto também não tinha um secador de cabelo que, ao fazer a reserva, afirmou que o quarto estava equipado com um. I fornecido feedback através do site do Marriott e eles me informaram que um representante do "departamento executivo" iria voltar para mim em 3-5 dias.
