“Although the room seemed pretty clean, the mildew smell was horrible and the wear & tear was visible despite the attempt to cover it up. As mentioned several times, towels seem to be an issue. No face towels or washcloths available. The pool was freezing and gets no sun during the day. There was no breakfast available. Covid mandates weren’t being enforced. The worst part was when my son’s headboard fell off at 3:00am. Luckilyhe didn’t get hurt, but it could’ve been disastrous. We won’t be returning.”

“Just checked in and I’m already ready to check out. No clue how this place has 3.7 stars, because it’s terrible. Nothing like the pictures. I literally just got here and there are no towels in my room. Called the front desk and they told me they are running low and that it will “be a while” before the can bring some. Shouldn’t there already be towels in here since I just checked in?? The room stinks, bathroom is tiny and looks moldy, and front desk workers are not very pleasant. I walked up to check in and the girl there just continued what she was doing, didn’t stop and acknowledge me or try to assist me. NEVER AGAIN. don’t waste your money.”
