“The room smells horrific.The staff are rude.There are no clear signs on where to park.The parking area is very poorly lit.There was s no signage as to where the elevator is.The lobby has no furniture and the pictures are so deceiving about what the hotel looks like.It is a dive with people stopping in to by beer from the “coolers” in the lobby that are supposed to be a pantry!The s is a scary place and i would not recommend it to anyone.P S they don’t even have a microwave in the room-what kind of an “upscale” hotel doesn’t have a microwave in the room….should have stayed at a Motel 6….it might have been nicer!This place is a joke!I will only be staying one night then finding a nicer hotel-that is if i can handle the smell all night.”

“It's not a 3 star hotel, it looks like a motel. Very run down building. We didn't even get the basic amenities like bathing soap or shampoo. However, the check-in staff was nice.”
