Meu marido tem uma viagem de negócios em Atlanta, Geórgia, então nossos 3 filhos e eu fomos com ele, procuramos um hotel com piscina coberta para ter algo para as crianças fazerem enquanto ele estava trabalhando. Liguei com antecedência e perguntei se a piscina coberta estava aberta, eles disseram que sim, então reservei online. Quando chegamos lá, as crianças estavam tão animadas, colocaram seus trajes de banho e nos apressaram para baixo apenas para serem decepcionadas e decepcionadas. Quando chegamos lá embaixo, a piscina coberta e a sala de bilhar estavam geladas. Foi-me dito que estava aquecido, então perguntei à mulher que administrava a recepção, ela foi verificar a bomba de calor e a ligou e ficamos esperando e esperando que esquentasse, mas isso nunca aconteceu. Eu entendo que às vezes há dificuldades técnicas, mas a água estava muito turva, então a bomba não estava funcionando por mais de algumas horas.Após a última vez que verificamos a piscina para ver se havia começado a esquentar, alguém chamou a polícia e os mandou para o nosso quarto depois de dizer à polícia que eles podiam ouvir crianças chorando no quarto e estavam “preocupados” porque meus filhos de 4 anos estavam chorando porque não podiam nadar quando tudo o que eles pediram durante toda a semana é poder nadar.Uma piscina não é tudo em um hotel, mas é para uma criança de 11 anos e duas crianças de 4 anos cujos pais só ficaram lá para que eles pudessem nadar.

My husband has a business trip in Atlanta, Georgia so our 3 kids and I went with him, we looked for a hotel with an indoor pool to have something for the kids to do while he was working. I called ahead and asked if the indoor pool was open, they said yes so I booked it online. When we got there the kids were so excited threw their swimsuits on and rushed us downstairs only to be let down and disappointed. When we got down there the indoor pool and the pool room were freezing cold. I was told that it was heated so I asked the woman running the front desk, she went to check the heat pump and flipped it on and we kept waiting and waiting for it to heat up but it never did. I understand that there are technical difficulties sometimes but that water was very cloudy so the pump wasn’t going for longer than a couple of hours.After the last time that we checked the pool to see if it had started to heat up, someone there called the police on us and sent them to our room after telling the police they could hear kids crying in the room and they were “concerned” because my 4 year olds were crying because they couldn’t go swimming when that’s all they asked for all week is to be able to go swimming.A pool isn’t everything about a hotel but it is to an 11 year old and two 4 year olds whose parents only stayed there for them to be able to go swimming.

Seems newly remodeled and very clean. Great hot breakfast as well.
