“The hotel was nice and clean; the lobby smelled very refreshing. Breakfast was included when we booked our stay, but not sure why we had to purchase it.”

“Staff wasn’t friendly from the start at check in. The room I requested to accommodate myself and my disabled mother they didn’t have it ready.It took a while before they could correct the situation.We requested the hotel shuttle bus to pick us up when we dropped off our rental car. They never showed up and left us stranded at night. We had to walk to get help. Thank goodness for the Hilton employee that was very helpful and found us a ride back to our hotel.When we got back the hotel staff at the front desk showed no concern and weren’t apologetic. I would never stay at Marriott Courtyard hotels again A equipe não foi amigável desde o início no check-in. O quarto que solicitei para acomodar a mim e minha mãe com deficiência, eles não o tinham pronto. Demorou um pouco até que eles pudessem corrigir a situação. Solicitamos o ônibus de traslado do hotel para nos pegar quando deixamos nosso carro alugado. Eles nunca apareceram e nos deixaram presos à noite. Tivemos que caminhar para obter ajuda. Graças a Deus pelo funcionário do Hilton que foi muito útil e nos encontrou uma carona de volta ao nosso hotel. Quando voltamos, a equipe do hotel na recepção não demonstrou preocupação e não se desculpou. Eu nunca ficaria nos hotéis Marriott Courtyard novamente”
