Stayed there a year and a half ago, fire alarm was going off for 4 hours and pool was closed. Fast forward, decided to give this property another try and throw my girlfriend a surprise birthday. Got two rooms, during check in I told them I was doing a surprise birthday for my girlfriend and friends would be here shortly to grab the keys so they could decorate while we were out at dinner. Pretty simple request but they would not give the keys to my guests so they were stuck outside the room waiting for us. Not much of a surprise. Also the rooms were about 400 additional dollars than what I was told for “resort fees”. The pool was closed, what resort? Asked the front desk for pillows, they never came. Charged all my guests for parking which was about 150 PER PERSON for the whole stay times that by 6 cars, do the math. Called them back after and they said they would refund my guests their parking costs. Never happened. Breakfast was just around 100 dollars per couple. Nice property but we will never stay there again. My other 7 guests will likely be giving a 1 star review.”

“Upon our arrival to our room, we noticed that the place was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom floor, walls, and ceiling. The bed sheets were worn and torn. The faucet in the shower was almost impossible to turn on. In addition, we had issues getting hot water. We called the front desk three separate times to get assistance. Finally, they sent their "engineer" to come and take a look at the problem. When we attempted to turn on the TV, it wouldn't turn on. My husband had to move the furniture and play with the cables to finally get the TV to work. On our second day, we left early in the morning at 8 am and returned back to our room around 6 pm only to find that our room had not been cleaned. We were given an apology and a choice for housekeeping to come later on. To top off our experience, the walls were so paper thin that we were able to hear very private conversations and activities from the room next door. The staircase near the pool area was wet and slippy which caused a fall of one of our family members. This place is horrible! The location and views are nice, but not worth all of the headaches. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THE OLDER PORTION OF THE BUILDING!!”
