“Perhaps this hotel was a good option during a different time, maybe in a different week, but they did not hit the mark this past week.Looking back, the sign below was a sign of things to come. From check-in to check out, everything was slow. For example, we had to wait 2 hours for housekeeping to finally bring a microwave to our room. This was after multiple calls and visits to the front desk. The room only had one face towel. We called for more towels, but that took hours; which waisted our time and delayed plans in the process. Housekeeping never cleaned our room like they were supposed to. Almost everything in regard to service was below standard (for the price point). Though the staff was nice, they just were not put in the best position to be successful. They could not meet the needs of the guests. I would have rated this place a 1 star, but the attitude of their staff saved the day, even if they could not meet needs.Further, they ran out of items that were supposed to be amenities, or the amenities were not really available or easily accessible. The drink tickets came with limitations that were not noted on the ticket or on the website. You had to find out the hard way. There were other little things that could be disregarded, but the little things add up and eventually become a big problem.Our trip was still fun since we did not spend a ton of time in the room. The location was nice and the facility looked good; however, we would not stay here again. It cost too much to be that bad. I suggest you find another place in the price point or spend a little more to insure you will get the service you need.Lastly, if you see a sign like the one below, bounce!”
