“There was no stay for my husband and I as it is apparently still closed. I noticed the prior responses place the blame on the 3rd party bookings, if you are unable to communicate/accommodate reservations via a 3rd party, then perhaps you shouldn’t allow them. Additionally, the hotel website says nothing being closed… so, rather than pointing the finger elsewhere, I suggest they start taking some responsibility. I attempted to contact the hotel directly rather than write a public review but it seems they’re happy to accept reservations and money, but not phone calls. Lastly, before the hotel “customer service” responds with some placating nonsense about looking into this, there are reviews dating 3 weeks back with the same complaint which means they’ve been aware of the issue and aware guests weren’t notified, it simply wasn’t important enough for them to do anything about it.”
