“Um hotel tudo incluído com muita qualidade e bom serviço. Algumas melhorias podem ser feitas. Um hotel de famílias tem de ter obrigatoriamente uma sopa passada todos os dias para crianças pequenas. Por outro lado, deveriam existir copos de papel reforçado nos restaurantes para evitar que as crianças lidem com vidro. Finalmente, não é aceitável que o restaurante buffet mude de horário ao jantar durante a estadia e que se decida o fecho do mesmo à hora de almoço sem mais informações.”
