Renovado em 2018, como novo. Na chegada tivemos um simpático upgrade de quarto. Boa recepção com oferta de uma bebida no bar sport. Os quartos familiares não são enormes mas perfeitamente suficientes para 2+1. Bem insonorizados, limpos, com gel, shampo e condicionador de oferta, chuveiro com boa pressão e sempre água quente. O cofre tem uma taxa de 20€ por estadia, que poderia estar incluído. O acesso à piscina é fácil, ao mar chega-se em menos de 2 minutos, fantástico. A piscina não é aquecida mas tem um atractivo muito bom para as crianças - parque aquático com vários escorregas para todas as idades, muita diversão. A praia tem pouco areal mas mais que sufiente para pousar umas toalhas e dar grandes passeios. O mar entre os 25 e 28 graus..ora cheio de ondas ora mais calmo, muito seguro para crianças. A proximidade do hotel é um ponto 7 estrelas. Sem dúvida que vale a pena o regime tudo incluído, embora as bebidas mereçam uma melhoria na qualidade. No geral comida boa e diversificada, sempre temas diferentes. De notar a ausencia de uma sopa de legumes simples para crianças maiores em algumas refeições. Apesar disso estiveram sempre disponíveis para ajudar em todos os pedidos. Os star friends animam crianças e adultos desde manha até à noite. Seria bom que conseguissem falar e entender um pouquinho portugues para a comunicaçao com as crianças ser mais fácil. No minidisco cantam musicas de todas as linguas excepto portugues. No ultimo dia ofereceram um quarto ao final da tarde para banhos e permitiram manter a pulseira de tudo incluido até à saída do hotel. Excelentes férias!

Hemos padado 10 dias estupendos en este fabuloso hotel. Hotel muy limpio y bonito. Personal muy amable y atento en especial Toni, Mayra, Vanessa, Andres, Juan, Alvaro, Carlos, Maria y todos los que me dejo. Hotel al que volveremos con toda seguridad.

Te hacen sentir importante . El trato es impecable, sientes que perteneces a la gran familia que componen todo el personal que trabaja allí,gracias a Mayra ya Segio y a todos sus compañeros que han hecho de nuestras vacaciones algo muy especial. Sin duda lo recomendaré y volveremos. Gracias por todo y sobre todo mucha fuerza para pasar este año difícil que nos espera.

Experiencia única en un hotel de 10. En la situación actual el hotel ha estado a la altura cuidando a sus clientes y trabajadores. Trato familiar, especialmente de Toni, siempre atento y sacando sonrisas a todas horas. Comida excelente en el buffet. Volveremos, estoy seguro!

Una estadía maravillosa, el personal atento, amable, educado, muy resolutivo, hotel muy limpio, muy responsables con las medidas Covid, hay dispensadores de gel por todo el hotel, se respeta la distancia de seguridad, se cambian los cubiertos cada cierto tiempo pero con frecuencia. una pega sería el aire acondicionado muy flojo pero la habitación era tan bonita, un hotel para repetir mil gracias por toooooda la atención y lo mejor es el personal que es quien les hace ser un buen hotel...

Hemos estado disfrutando del hotel y sus playas durante 10 días. Las medidas tomadas para el covid han sido muy buenas. La limpieza es excelente. El trato del personal increíble.Gracias a Toni, a David(calas), Pep, Hector, Aina, Juan Carlos, la chica del bar de la pisicina, a los socorristas ..etc que nos han hecho disfrutar y olvidar las situacion que estamos viviendo. Seguro que repetiremos. Muchas gracias

We are travelling a lot but this time everything was so fantastic that we’ve decided to write an opinion For the first time. Hotel is wonderful, situated right on the gorgeous beach, the best in Mallorca in my opinion. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Swimming pool complex with a slide zone for younger and older children, and nice gardens with a lots od greenery. And what is very important, fantastic service creating a unique family atmosphere. We have already visited many hotels, but we will remember this one forever. We recommend it for 100% We greet you; Tony no one shakes the tray like you do😎 Huan, I only eat pizzas when you’re next door😅 Pep, Pedro, Hector -I think it’s hard to dance better than you guys at the bar🕺🏻, Virginia always happy and smiling, Maya our mohito specialist 🍹 Carlos, Davido, and of course Maria, the best „invisible” lady manager, in charge of this amazing team. Orgulloso de tener hoteles mallorquines como el iberostar. Habitaciones, trato, vistas, comida... Todo de 10. Sobretodo el trato del personal. Nos hemos sentido muy seguros y para los niños es perfecto. Enhorabuena a todos. Volveremos

Of course, the hotel is located on the most beautiful beach of the island : Platja de Muro. The location is ideal since it is close to the most beautifulest coves and the most beautifulest villages of Mallorca. The rooms are spacious and very well soundproofed and the buffet delicious. But what makes this place truly unique, is the staff. All the staff here are lovely and super efficient. And what to say about Maria, the most professional manager I have ever met in any resort or hotel. Oh, and if you have the chance to go through the “Star Prestige” section of the hotel, I wish you to be welcomed by the fantastic Ms Mar and Ms Yanet. Thank you very much for those great holidays ....

I am way glad that I decided to stay in this Hotel for my short holiday with my wife. Everything was beyond our expectations. Very clean and the Covid-19 protocol was applied correctly throughout our stay. In addition, I would like to mention Maria the Manager, whom was always helping us. Plus, she gave us a really good tip for a nearby restaurant, which was fantastic ! Thanks for everything ! ! ! We had an amazing holiday !

Ha sido una experiencia con altibajos, es decir, ha habido momentos buenos y malos. En el restaurante los camareros eran genialeseran muy expertos, pero en cambio los que servían la comida no tanto, algunos no sabían español/no te entendían bien. Los horarios, el horario de la piscina era muy peculiar, cerraban la piscina a las seis y a la tarde apenas te daba tiempo a estar. La habitación estaba genial y teníamos unas vistas espectaculares, las habitaciones están reformadas y el cambio se agradece. Hablando de la limpieza no tuvimos muy buena experiencia ya que nos limpiaban la habitación a las tres o más tarde. Y el bar estaba genial tanto como el servicio y los productos.

Hotel familiar, mas com possibilidade de optar por uma área reservada a adultos. Acesso direto a uma praia excelente. Óptimo buffet. Pessoal muito simpático. Pouca animação nas redondezas. A 9km da cidade de Alcúdia.

Hotel espetacular junto à praia. Todo o pessoal é uma simpatia! À noite há espetáculos. Durante o dia há diferentes atividades para entreter miúdos e graúdos. É um hotel familiar. O buffet de pequeno almoço e de jantar é muito variado (ao jantar é temático).

Me and the wife absolutely loved this place from beginning till the end of our stay!! We had the ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE and it was worth every penny!!!!!The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every possible way. The buildings are very well kept and cleaned 100% of the time. The rooms are very modern and comfortable...small but you won’t spend much time in the rooms anyway trust me...the ocean is not even a 5 min walk from the resort. The pools are large and spacious, the buffets are legit...5 stars hands down...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ fresh food cooked for breakfast lunch and dinner, not to mention the snack bar that is open all day as well. The ocean is conveniently right outside of the snack bar area. Bring some cash to pay for the umbrellas for shade because it’s separate from the resort...other than that, anyone who wants to just relax,eat and drink good, and hang out on the beach, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!!!

We just returned yesterday from a 10 night stay at Alcudia Park and I can honestly say it was one of our favourite hotels ever! Not only is the location amazing and the hotel immaculate, but the thing that makes this place so special is most definitely the staff! Everyone from the reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff and especially the animation/ entertainment team were friendly, helpful and so much fun! It is the first hotel we have stayed at where we have said if we went back to an area we would definitely try to stay there again! Thank you Alcudia Park for a wonderful family holiday.

Excellent hotel, perfect location. We visited in May for our honeymoon and were upgraded to star prestige, rooms are beautiful, outstanding views of the beach and ocean. Rooms are cleaned daily to the highest standard, can't fault them. Food is excellent, with a very wide choice, definitely something for everyone. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially the star prestige section, upgrade if you can, the exclusive roof terrace is outstanding, with 360 views and plunge pools. 5 stars from me.
