“Absolutely superb. We stayed in Room 516 for 4 nights and I cant imagine staying anywhere else in Brugge. The rooms were clean and spacious, the restaurant/bar was incredible, and the location was perfect. The hotel is essentially 15 minutes or less away from everything by walking. Plus, the hotel has an amazing history to it as well.
A big thank you to the entire staff from the couple in 516 who stayed from May 17- May 21. Thank you for the perfect room and for getting us the large bed! Brugge was unforgettable and it all started with our stay at the Dukes!”

“I have had better service in hostels. This place is nowhere near what a palace should be.
The minibar had leftover opened bottles from the previous guests, the spa was not working, the bathroom had damaged plumbing and the reception staff who welcomed us was rude.
I usually don't leave reviews but having to pay so much for such a poor experience I want to ensure none else gets tricked.
Definitely not a 5 star”
