“Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e amigáveis. Eles atenderam a tudo que você pediu e querem garantir que você se sinta apreciado como convidado e cliente. O hotel é limpo, mas precisa de alguns reparos menores e aparência refrescante. Por exemplo, a área da piscina interna tinha vários sistemas de HVAC com vazamento e queda de água no chão em vários lugares. A equipe colocou baldes embaixo de cada área para coletar os vazamentos.Este hotel não representava exatamente a imagem sofisticada de um hotel DoubleTree Hilton como estou acostumado, mais como um hotel médio de 2 ou 3 estrelas. A comida estava na média, não muito impressionante e poderia ser melhorada ainda mais. No geral foi OK com a minha estadia aqui, não se pode queixar. O melhor é que os funcionários foram simpáticos e fazem você se sentir bem-vindo.”

“Gran llegada y recepción, habitación limpia con todas las comodidades adecuadas que esperaba de las marcas Hilton. Internet era impecable, el baño estaba limpio y bien equipado. La cama estaba anticuada y le vendría bien una actualización a espuma de gel o tipo de aire, como en Hilton Garden Inns de antaño. Gran buffet de desayuno completo!”
