Iremos voltar, sem dúvida. Tudo 5 estrelas. Staff prestável, simpático e competente. Recepcionistas (dia e noite) e housekeeping. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Localização melhor é impossível. Quando voltarmos a Edimburgo, ficaremos aqui com certeza. Iremos recomendar.

Excelente localização. Os atendentes são fantásticos, extremamente simpáticos, gentis e prontos para solucionar quaisquer dificuldades. Destaque para o gerente e para o Dean. Hotel moderno, seguro, disponibiliza chá e café e uma cafeteira no apartamento. O adaptador de tomada e o transformador de voltagem são gentilezas muito importantes. Se mil vezes voltasse a edimburgo, mil vezes ficaria lá.

Room513- arrumação e limpeza do quarto deficiente - há que instruir a pessoa que ao longo dos 6 dias de estadia fez a cama, pois os clientes, á noite, para se deitarem, tinham que ser eles a fazer a cama, caso contrário iriam deitar-se numa rodilha, lençol não esticado nem preso. Migalhas deixadas no chão, ao regressarmos lá estavam na mesma. Aspirador " devia estar avariado" !!!. Staff do serviço de pequeno almoço - impecável, prestativo, prontos a repor o stock . Staff de recepção impecáveis, prontos para resolver os pedidos e informações dos clientes. Negativo como já mencionei foi o serviço de arrumo e limpeza do quarto, MAU , para não dizer muito mau. Friso- apreciação negativa para o serviço de quartos. Preço do pequeno almoço elevado tendo em atenção a variedade de produtos oferecidos?. Muito boa localização do hotel e em especial do quarto, onde raramente de houve barulho exterior. Há que anotar que durante a minha estadia estavam a decorrer os festejos culturais anuais da cidade. Voltarei com as ressalvas das deficiências indicadas.

Adorei o hotel !! Check in rápido e check out tb. Todos do hotel foram atenciosos.Tudo redondinho. Tem um bar muito bom e um café da manhã excelente. Quartos espaçosos e a localização é ótima.

Boa surpresa. Este Ibis é super bem localizado. Ao lado da Royal Mile,o lugar mais interessante e badalado de Edimburgo.É o burburinho, tudo acontece ali. A decoração do hotel e agradável e não sem graça como eu me lembrava dos Ibis em geral. Todo o staff foi super simpático e estavam sempre disponíveis.o café da manhã é um buffet bem servido.

Brilliant hotel. Brilliant staff. Room was great. Decor was beautiful. Bang in the middle of everything. Powerful shower. Everything one could want for a weekend away. 3 minutes walking from Waverley Station.

Fantastic location just off the Royal mile. Easy access to the Waverly Train station or St. Andrews Sq. Tram (directly to the Airport, no changes!) The room is just big enough for 2 adults, but the bathroom is tight. There is an Air conditioner, however, it will only come on when the temperature in the room is 21 celsius, so we had to open our window at night to cool off. Due to being in the middle of the city, expect loud party goers, and the seagulls! It was not a deal breaker. We did not have breakfast or sit down at the bar.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Stay was good and location is great. Room was perfectly big enough and comfortable, bathroom was good. Breakfast was also good. Room smelled musty/damp. This was discussed twice with reception but nothing (that I am aware of) happened. Otherwise a very good stay.

Ibis hotels are consistent...clean, adequately furnished, sufficient shower and bathroom facilities.The reception staff were friendly and helpful...and they had a surprisingly good breakfast!The location, just behind the Old Tron Church, is perfect for exploring the Auld Toon (Old Town), a short walk to Princes Street (New Town), and also a short walk to the Museum of Scotland,the National Gallery, and Edinburgh Castle.With hundreds of pubs, bars and restaurants within crawling distance.The Ibis provides a great location for exploring our favorite city in the world---Edinburgh!

No recomendable, un mes después de alojarme en su hotel se me realiza un segundopago de la reserva, llevo desde el 12 de abril pidiendo la devolución del importe doblemente cobrado, ellos reconocen el error en el doble pago pero culpan a su banco del error, un mes después Ibis simplemente deja de comunicarse para darme información del problema. Esto hace que sea una cadena hotelera poco fiable y sin ningún compromiso con sus clientes.

Firstly, great location! Couldn't get much more central if you wanted to! Royal Mile right outside and access to anywhere within minutes on foot. Lovely staff when checking in, and throughout different points when we popped in and out, always saying hi and asking how we are etc! Great checkout experience too. The room itself was decorated nicely, but our child's sofa bed was a bit... so so. The rooms also could have been a bit cleaner, the carpet on one side of the bed had stains and was sticky... The mattress was also really thin and just on top of the main bed's mattress. If you don't like the noise of the city either, this place isn't for you. 2 busy pubs literally next door and drunk antics loudly outside, but that didn't bother us and hey, what else do you expect from a central hotel?! They do also offer free ear plugs to guests sensitive to noise. A really nice touch! All in all 5 stars location, 5 stars staff, 3 stars for cleanliness/room.

This is a really clean, well located, nice hotel. The staff are all very lovely & enormously helpful. I had a room on the 4th floor which was clean, quiet & had everything you needed. My only complaint was about the bed. It had a foam topper on it (not memory foam) & this did nothing to help with the very hard mattress beneath. Now some people like a very firm mattress but I don't, so it wasn't for me. However the bathroom was great, the shower had plenty hot water & decent power. There was also a kettle & Hairdryer, I used both, they were perfectly good. The TV was a funny one. Not a full selection of free view channels & none of the TV guide buttons worked either, so if you wanted to watch something for 30 mins, you couldn't find out what was on. A minor thing though, you don't go to a hotel to watch TV! On the whole, it was a pleasant stay for 2 nights & I would use it again.

Visited as a couple and with friends as a sight seeing vacay. This hotel has a great location with everything we needed on our doorstep. The train station although up a hill after exiting the station, as with most areas in Edinburgh was only a short stroll away. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, there are so many cafe's around and a Wetherspoons nearby. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was cleaned daily and tea, coffee etc replenished. For ladies of a certain age, who will understand this, the windows open and you can let fresh air in. Let me tell you, this is a real bonus. Me and hubby are frequent travellers and so many hotels don't have this any more for safety reasons? We would definitely return. Please note this is a cashless hotel.

Hotel con ubicación muy buena, a tocar con la Royal Mile, cerca del centro y del lugar de quedada de los tours. Habitación limpia, decoración moderna y sobretodo concienciación con el medio ambiente. Puedes elegir si quieres que te limpien o no la habitación con una recompensa de 5£ para gastar en el bar. Jabones con certificación EcoLabel. Wifi, TV, calefacción y aire... Recomendable 100%

Trato y servicios espectaculares. El personal es atento, profesional y siempre con una sonrisa en los labios. El desayuno excelente. Musica en directo por las noches en el bar. La cantante, una chica de Barcelona, maravillosa. La ubicación, en el centro de la Royal Mile, inigualable. Nos sentimos como si estuviésemos en casa.

Hotel emplazado en el puro centro de la zona antigua con personal encantador. Las camas y el baño demasiado pequeño y un armario que no es tal. Apenas hay sitio donde dejar cosas y no hay caja de seguridad. Para gente joven no está mal pero si estás acostumbrado a otro tipo de establecimiento a 50 metros está el Hilton y el Radisson (para que veáis donde está localizado)

Viaje con amigos para conocer el pais. Hotel muy bien situado, en el corazón de la ciudad vieja. Habitaciones con decoración actual, sencillas, limpias y confortables. Falta servicio de toalla de mano, por higiene no se debe utilizar la toalla de baño para la cara, creo que no debo ser más explicita. El incentivo monetario en el bar por no limpiar la habitación puede resultar ecológico, pero el no hacer la limpieza un día en mi opinión supone una carga superior para la camarera de pisos el día siguiente. El desayuno bueno con productos de calidad. Como cliente español he echado de menos algo más de embutidos (solo había jamón, muy rico por cierto, y queso) y algo más de dulce casero (bizcochos, magdalenas etc.) ya que solo había croissants y mini napolitanas de chocolate. La calidad de la fruta debería mejorar ya que algunas piezas no estaban en buenas condiciones y es muy facil reutilizarlas para hacer una macedonia natural. El resto del desayuno caliente muy correcto. Combina bastante bien los gustos de la isla con el continente. Personal joven y dinámico, bien formados en atención al cliente. Enhorabuena!!

El concepto del hotel desde reception information on line es actualizado y dinámico. La decoración de habitaciones es cálida, acogedora y agiliza espacios. Muy limpio e higiénico. Los jóvenes de recepción y desayuno son altamente respetuosos, cultos y profesionales. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación en la ciudad. Debo regresar.

In a nice location for sightseeing & shopping. Some nice restaurants right next to the hotel & Starbucks just a half block away. Rooms are comfortable & clean; baths OK in size. Small bar in lobby...

The location is wonderful and very convenient. The FOH are warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the curtains cut out the light. The bar was a great place for a relaxing dram...
