“No recomendable, un mes después de alojarme en su hotel se me realiza un segundopago de la reserva, llevo desde el 12 de abril pidiendo la devolución del importe doblemente cobrado, ellos reconocen el error en el doble pago pero culpan a su banco del error, un mes después Ibis simplemente deja de comunicarse para darme información del problema. Esto hace que sea una cadena hotelera poco fiable y sin ningún compromiso con sus clientes.”

“Visited as a couple and with friends as a sight seeing vacay.
This hotel has a great location with everything we needed on our doorstep.
The train station although up a hill after exiting the station, as with most areas in Edinburgh was only a short stroll away.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, there are so many cafe's around and a Wetherspoons nearby.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
Our room was cleaned daily and tea, coffee etc replenished.
For ladies of a certain age, who will understand this, the windows open and you can let fresh air in. Let me tell you, this is a real bonus. Me and hubby are frequent travellers and so many hotels don't have this any more for safety reasons?
We would definitely return.
