“Hotel Zeppelin is classy and cozy at the same time. Staff is friendly and accommodating, very professional. They have a great play room and clean lobby/seating area.
The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars is because the rooms have an extremely unpleasant smell. It smelled like wet towel/wet carpet and body odor. Granted, when we stayed there it was raining a lot so the rooms smelled musty. I opened the window to air out the room but that didn't help. It got so bad that we had to switch rooms. The front desk said they will "upgrade" us to make up for the terrible-smelling room.
When we moved to the new room, the smell wasn't any better. Along with the musty smell, it also smelled like urine. When I looked closely, in both rooms, the carpet is just dirty.
I do appreciate that the staff moved us to try to make the situation better though.
All in all, the hotel itself, along with the staff, is amazing. If it weren't for the unbearably smelly rooms, I would go back here again.”

“Let me tell you something that online travel agents do not want you to know about. When reserving hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on rooms! Much better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, agoda. Take my word for it!!!
Stayed here for a few days during a conference. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is great, and it’s within a walking distance to city center. If you’re staying in San Francisco, this is a good option!”
