“Had a great time here during our visit to San Francisco! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the atmosphere and decor of the building was unique and peaceful. Location was great for catching local transportation and within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here. 😊”

“Hotel rooms and corridors smell very bad, like dirty vacuum cleaners from 1952. Decor is nice, but was just slapped over an old building that was not actually updated so it’s like lipstick on a pig. Staff was rude and very unhelpful. There is also a $28/day “amenity” charge that they probably put in the smallest print somewhere at the bottom when you’re booking, which would be fine if they had any actual amenities but they do not. Location is ok if you’re going to an event downtown, but I would not choose this area if you are just visiting San Fran in general as it is a little dangerous, filthy and full of homeless people.”
