Hotel muito bom , ótima localização para ir ao parque Disney

Ficou duas noites que deveriam ter sido cinco.A primeira manhã o chuveiro estava enchendo de água. Pensando que era o plugue, mas não foi. O dreno estava totalmente entupido com muitos cabelos diferentes do hóspede. Parecia que isso estava construindo há meses. Isso é algo que não estávamos esperando. Se ser limpo e sanitário no mundo pandêmico foi possível, como para um hotel de hospitalidade, eles perderam a marca.Na segunda manhã, como pagamos extra para o café da manhã incluídos e não havia problema no primeiro dia, o segundo foi um desastre. Eles tiveram que triplicar cheque para ver em seu sistema que realmente pagamos pelo café da manhã. Depois que eles notaram, estávamos dizendo a verdade que fomos servidos.Enquanto eu estava assistindo TV com minha esposa, três homens acabaram de entrar no nosso quarto de hotel. Porque eles estavam apenas verificando. Você pode perguntar o que eles estavam verificando. Eu ainda não sei.Naquela tarde, os alarmes de incêndio dispararam e quando ligamos para ver se precisamos desocupar o prédio porque o alarme foi desligado. Nos disseram que eles testam alarmes de incêndio hoje e eles nos disseram há um dia. Eu posso ter perdido isso quando só falamos com alguém no hotel há dois dias quando fizemos o check-in e eles nunca mencionaram nada.Logo depois de ligar para a frente e falei com Alfredo, o gerente do hotel. Ele se tornou muito hostil e agressivo para mim. Dizendo a minha segurança, eles estão testando o alarme de incêndio. Ele obviamente não leu a garantia de Hilton porque ele nos disse para irem para outro hotel porque eles podem nos satisfazer.Se você está pensando em virar a Disneylândia e ficar perto de hotel que limpo às vezes, que não se lembra do que eles cobram e quando você traz para o gerente eles se tornam rude e agressivo, este é o lugar para você.Nós levamos o conselho de sair e o Marriot nos enganou. Fique com eles.

Stayed two nights that should have been five.The first morning the shower was filling up with water. Thinking it was the plug but it was not. The drain was fully clogged with many different guest's hair. It seemed as if this was building over months. This is something we were not expecting. If being clean and sanitary in pandemic world was possible, as for a hospitality hotel, they missed the mark.The second morning, as we paid extra for breakfast included and there was no problem on the first day, the secondwas a disaster. They had to triple check to see in their system that we actuallypaid for breakfast. After they noticedwe were telling the truth we were served.While I was watching tv with my wife, three men just walked into our hotel room. Because they were just checking. You may ask what were they checking. I still dont know.That afternoon, the fire alarms went off and when we called about to see if we need to vacate the buildingbecause the alarmwas shut off. We were told that they testing fire alarms today and they told us a day ago. I may have missed that when we only spoketo someone in the hotel two days ago when we checked in and they never mentioned anything.Right after I called to the front and spoke to Alfredo, the manager of the hotel.He became very hostile and aggressive to me. Telling for my safety they are testing the fire alarm. He obviously didn't read the Hilton guarantee becausehe told us to go to another hotel because they can satisfy us.If you are thinkingof coming Disneyland and stay close by to hotelthat clean sometimes, that doesnt remember what they charge you and when you bringto themanager they become rude and aggressive, this is the place for you.We took thereadvice of leaving andthe Marriot hooked us up.Stay with them.

O serviço é incrível, pequeno hotel tranquilo e agradável. A cerca de 10 minutos da Disney, o ônibus chega bem em frente ao hotel sem problemas ou preocupações. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi ótimo, a comida era muito boa e novamente super tranquilo e agradável. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada do alvo e de outros lugares para comer. Eu amo o fato de que eles tinham uma geladeira, então nossos lanches eram bons e frescos. A piscina e o spa estavam vazios e tranquilos, perfeitos para relaxar após um longo dia de caminhada. Definitivamente voltando.

The service is amazing, nice little quiet hotel. About 10 mins from Disney, the shuttle comes right in front of the hotel no hassle or worries. Breakfast buffet was great, the food was really good and again super quiet and nice. The hotel is walking distance to target and other food places to eat. I love the fact they had a refrigerator so our snacks were nice and fresh. The pool and spa were empty and quiet, perfect to wind down after a long day of walking. Definitely coming back.

Este lugar é uma jóia absoluta! Fiquei quase uma semana porque surpreendi minha família e foi ótimo. Atendimento ao cliente incrível. Recebido por adorável bem-vindo notas pegajosas de Irma na faxina e isso foi tão doce. Laura durante a hora do café da manhã foi o nosso servidor e ela foi hilária. Ela estava lá quase todos os dias que eu estava, então conversamos muito. O café da manhã tinha uma boa variedade e eu gostei. Wifi, piscina / spa também está lá. A cerca de 6-9 minutos de carro da Disney, que foi um bônus. Eles são gratos por você ter vindo e eu voltaria em um piscar de olhos.

Fiquei muito decepcionado e desapontado com um Hotel Hilton. A confirmação online forneceu uma opção para verificação sem contato que, na verdade, não era uma opção. Eu tive que verificar com a recepcionista para pegar as chaves do quarto. Consegui fazer o check-in online, mas ocorreu um erro na chave digital. Chegamos no final da noite, então o estacionamento não estava perto e estava atrás de outro hotel na parte de trás. Não havia acesso pela parte de trás do hotel, então tivemos que caminhar até a frente com toda a nossa bagagem. Teria sido bom se a recepcionista recomendasse que deixássemos a carga antes de estacionarmos, teria sido mais fácil, especialmente porque estou grávida de 7 meses. O quarto não parecia completamente desinfetado do hóspede anterior, o que me deixou desconfortável. Não havia toalhas suficientes para os 4 hóspedes que o hotel sabia que ficariam. I've hospedado em vários hotéis da região e este é de longe o mais baixo classificado em minha opinião. Eu não escolheria ficar neste determinado Hilton novamente. A única coisa positiva que posso comentar é o café da manhã que paguei adicional, foi a única parte decente sobre o hotel.

The Filipina lady that checked us in at reception was really helpful but that cleanliness of the room was not adequate. I couldn’t tell if they changed the duvet or any of the pillowcases, possibly not even the sheets because they were wrinkly and there were multiple hairs. There was also a long blonde hair it one of our dresser draws, which was a different color than the one found in the bed. My hair is red. If those areas weren’t clean it makes me wonder about the rest of the room.

This place is an absolute gem! Stayed for almost a week because I surprised my family and it was great. Amazing customer service. Welcomed by adorable welcome sticky notes from Irma in housecleaning and that was so sweet. Laura during breakfast time was our server and she was hilarious. She was there about every day I was so we talked a lot. Breakfast had good variety and I enjoyed it. Wifi, Pool/Spa is also there. About a 6-9 minute drive to Disney which was a bonus. They are thankful you came and I would go back in a heartbeat.

I was very disappointed and underwhelmed for a Hilton Hotel. The online confirmation provided an option for contactless check in which actually wasn't an option. I had to check in with the receptionist to get room keys. I was able to check in online but was given an error for the digital key. We arrived later in the night so the parking was not close and was behind another hotel in the back. There was no access from the back of the hotel so we had to walk to the front with all of our luggage. It would have been nice if the receptionist recommended that we off load before parking that way it would have been easier, especially since I am 7 months pregnant. The room did not seem thoroughly disinfected from the previous guest which made me feel uncomfortable. There weren't enough towels provided for the 4 guests that the hotel knew would be staying. I've stayed at several hotels in the area and this is by far the lowest rated one in my opinion. I would not chose to stay at this certain Hilton again. The only positive thing I can review is the breakfast that I paid additional for, it was the only decent part about the hotel.

Muy agradable hospedaje en general, pero muy mal olor en la habitación por la alfombra húmeda. No tienen aseo de la habitación durante la estancia, aunque sí lo mencionan en el check in. Buen desayuno y muy buena atención del staff en recepción y de los meseros.

Este é um lugar híbrido hotel / residência. É muito pequeno, com pouca ou nenhuma arrumação de vocês ficarem lá por menos de uma semana. Você pode telefonar para a recepção / serviço de limpeza com quaisquer solicitações. Não há cortinas opacas no quarto. A configuração atual da cortina é uma cortina transparente e ligeiramente opaca que você pode ver através dela e é emoldurada por cortinas mais grossas que estão lá apenas para decoração. O pessoal é super simpático e amigável. Não sei se ficaria aqui novamente, mas minha estadia não foi ruim.

Equipe amigável e informativa, quarto limpo, camas confortáveis. Temos o pacote B & B, então nosso café da manhã foi incluído, mais opções e melhor do que a maioria dos cafés da manhã continentais. Garçonete super simpática !! Certifique-se de dar uma gorjeta a eles, eu não acho que eles recebam muitos do pacote de B&B.

Este é um hotel bom e básico. É limpo (sem contar a embalagem de bala deixada pelo hóspede anterior no quarto) e confortável. O estacionamento é caro. Não há serviço de limpeza do quarto durante a sua estadia, apenas antes e depois. A sala estava silenciosa e pacífica. A cama era confortável, embora os travesseiros fossem pequenos e bem usados. Mas, este lugar se apresentou como um lugar econômico para ficar perto da Disneylândia.

This is a hybrid hotel/residence kinda place.It's very small, little to no housekeeping of you are staying there for less than a week. You can phone the front desk/housekeeping with any requests.There are no blackout curtains in the room.The current curtain setup is a sheer, slightly opaque curtain that you can kinda see through and it is framed by thicker curtains that are just there for decoration.The staff is super nice and friendly.I don't know if I'd stay here again but my stay wasn't bad.

Friendly and informative staff, clean room, comfortable beds. We got the B&B package so our breakfast was included, more options and better than most continental breakfasts. Super friendly waitress!! Make sure you tip them, I don't think they get many from the B&B package.

This is a good, basic hotel. It's clean (not counting the candy wrapper left from the prior guest in the room) and comfortable. Parking is expensive. No room cleaning service during your stay, only before and after. The room was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were small and well used. But, this place presented itself as an economical place to stay near Disneyland.

If you cannot find any hotels around the area, book this hotel. This hotel has all the amenities you need if you need a one night sleep. It has at least a bed, bathroom, and spacious room. Staff here are nice and welcoming. Room is clean, decent, and affordable rates.
