I was welcomed by Daniella and Edwin, who were so hospitable and sincerely asked about our family’s arrival. They made the check in a really nice experience by being attentive and explained the property really well. I was so surprised that the rooms were so nice. I found out they were recently remodeled. Rooms were spacious and so clean. I didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool but saw many families using it. They said it was heated and very comfortable. I’ve been to Phoenix before and will definitely come back to this Residence Inn. It’s also perfectly located. Really close to the Desert Botanical Garden, Hole in the Rock, and Cubs Sloan Park.

My wife and I came here on an overnight layover on our way to our honeymoon and they left a congratulations note with candy for us!! They also helped us get a Lyft to/from the airport. Fantastic service!! Also the room was fantastic, super nice. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

I absolutely LOVE Marriott! The SERVICE here? Not so great. No recognition of Elite Status, no recognition of points applied. No offer of water. My husband was left on hold for 20 minutes, because he looked at his phone. He was stuck at the airport without a ride. She could've just explained that she, "Danielle " was busy and will be happy to help, but to explain that she was just busy and would be back with him. Just say something. Talk, please. Sorry. Training moment.

Very nice, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice area near downtown but quiet. Better than a shuttle, they literally order you an Uber to the airport..FREE! Cons: Bed was smaller than expected, smaller than the Residence Inn in Tucson for example, regardless that the reservation for both hotels was identical (2 queen) [ not 1 full and 1 sofa bed we were given at this PHX location]...good news is they said they're remodeling and that should no longer be true in the future. Really they're nice rooms and no major complaints

My visit to the hotel was made good by the staff. Linda assured that my room was ready and was able to provide an upgrade from an efficiency type room to a 1 bedroom suite. The hotel is being revamped some, yet there was no noise interrupting sleep. My room was clean. The bed was more soft than I prefer. The breakfast comprised of bagel sandwiches, English muffin sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, and sometimes burritos. There was oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. I must brag on the staff! As previously mentioned Linda made my stay comfortable! The rest of the staff were personable, friendly and attentive.
