“We're staying in room 223 for our anniversary this year, the room is perfect! Just what you need, with a great view overlooking the canal. The hotel itself is in a great location, no more than a 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. The staff are so friendly and helpful! I can't recommend this hotel enough.”

“I stayed at NH City centre from Monday to this Friday, room 140. I asked for my bill today and I just realized you printed the receipt for the wrong guest. I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by the lack of preparation from your personal.
Shower was plugged (picture attached) for the whole week, I asked help and I had a terrible experience showering. The room you offered had two beds, I asked for a queen bed. Not to mention the first room you offered me on Monday that was small and I had claustrophobia, got nervous and Fernanda, from the desk, was terrible handling the situation - you only changed rooms to this bad one because I spent 30 minutes with travel perk on the phone and they managed to convince her to move me. I asked her to check if there was any rooms available before and she said that weren’t rooms available.
I will NEVER stay at NH City Centre again. Bad structure, small rooms, people aren’t well trained and you say you have 4 stars? Not at all. 2 stars maximum.”
