I got to check in early which I appreciated. The staff was efficient and kind. Upgraded to a suite for 30$ a night. The suite was nice but the windows were dirty. It could get pretty noisy in the hallways and heard clearly. The suite was also missing things like a do not disturb sign so housekeeping came even though we said no, we also didn’t have a blanket in the closet and didn’t notice til it was very late so we had to stay up late and wait. The soaking tub was nice but the wall paper needs some repairs. There was also some damage on the ceiling above our bed. Lots of chlorine in the water. Room service was basic and not worth the price which was a bummer. The grounds of Mandalay are nice and clean though, the taxi men were super helpful and quick, the casino is big, the whole hotel is huge and lots to walk around in. Didn’t go to the pool. They pump fragrance through the building but it bothered me less than a lot of other casinos. The spa at Delano wasn’t doing nails and that was disappointing so I didn’t get to go. Took the tram often which is nice. All in all it was a decent time. :)

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Very nice casino. Well kept and very clean. Plenty of good restaurants. They brought the drinks around on the casino floor regularly. The Bloody Mary's were small and watered down. However, the beer was very good. I appreciate the good service and pleasant wait staff.

Overall, nice quiet hotel/resort. Staff can be friendlier. Shark reef is a great attraction, my kids loved it. The swimming pools are great great!! But they only had one open (was actually 3 small ones - Morea Beach) because of the winter season. it was beautiful and heated to perfect temperatures. Bring a towel from your room if you plan to walk back to your hotel. They won't allow you to take the pool towels back with you. The main 4 stars review is because we had to wait more than 45 minutes after checkout in our room - till the bell service answered. But valet and bell service people deserve tips. NOT whoever is answering those phones!!! Note: app digital key may not work in the elevator - actual card is needed to be scanned before you choose your floor level.

We were in Las Vegas celebrating a friend's birthday. We had the privilege of staying in a penthouse suite. Wow! The suite was huge, offering to huge bedrooms with full bathrooms. Two large living rooms, a high-top table and mini bar with a sink. The view overlooked the gigantic pool area. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool but we were stunned with how many pools there were and adjoining restaurants. Will use next time we stay. The hotel location was the only drawback. It's further down the strip and walking anywhere was not super convenient. The casino was very nice, sans the smoke but it's a casino so....The casino was nicely maintained and was quite busy with tourists from all over the world. We enjoyed a beautiful steak dinner inside the fancy steakhouse. Our meals were prepared perfectly and the side dishes were generous portions. Our waiter was engaging and very funny. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The room is gorgeous and spacious but the windows are dirty. Which sucks when you have a nice view you want to photograph. The resort is packed with dining options and family friendly activities. The battle is accepting $100/night incidental charge on top of your nightly resort fee. This cut my spending plans in half for my mother's birthday. In addition to not having access to free water or free coffee, or any acknowledgement that my mom is here for her 60th. Also, be aware there is no fridge for personal items. You have to request a separate fridge if you're nursing or diabetic like my mom or be charged $50 for placing your items in the mini fridge that's already there. We checked in our bags and there was a gentlemen expecting a tip for us bringing our bags to be checked and receiving a ticket. Rolled his eyes when we said thank you and walked away. Where I'm from tips are earned for above and beyond service not standard procedure. Bottom line if you're thinking to come here to celebrate anything, go somewhere else. If you're just looking for a family friendly resort then this will do.

Não trata-se de um único hotel mas de um complexo de hotéis. Por isso é que chamam Resort? Tem o Mandalay Bay, Delano e Luxor e são do grupo MGM. Tem ótimos restaurantes e bares, mm eu restaurante preferido é o House of Blues. Mas é claro, tem os casinos também!

Fomos pra conhecer e visitar o Shark Reef - aquário dentro do hotel. Você já se encanta só passar por ele na rua e, claro, a fama tem razão - é escandaloso, lindo, imponente!! Aí vc entra e o queixo cai!!! Ele é absurdo por dentro também!! Você vai andando e tudo salta aos olhos!! No caminho até o aquário você atravessa quase que ele todo e já parece que você tá hospedado nele. Mas a piscina é a cereja do bolo pra você querer um quarto nele/dele imediatamente!!! Não ficamos hospedados nele mas com certeza deve ser sensacional estar lá! Na próxima é lá que ficaremos!!!!!!!

SuperLuxuoso. Não paga para entrar, só tem custo o estacionamento. O Hotel conta com váriasatrações ( como o aquário) este é pago. Látambém acontece a apresentaçãodo Cirque du soleil by Michael Jackson. Tem tambémcassino, baladas, lojas, praça de alimentação.

Não me hospedei, então não conheço os quartos, mas o Hotel é lindo!! Fomos assistir o show The One - Michael Jackon - Cique Du Soleil. Um dos melhores espetáculos que já assisti. Digno de Broadway. Se vc for para Las Vegas, não deixe de assistir. Super recomendo.

La higiene de las habitaciones es muy mala, principalmente la del baño, aclaro hasta donde Yo se el moho es malo y el baño tenia mucho moho y líneas amarillentas en la bañera, había polvo y Yo misma tube que limpiar la taza, la habitación era muy ruidosa durante gran parte de la noche se escuchaba la música de afuera, realmente no recomiendo este Hotel lo siento 😞 🤷

I wish I had taken photos of this hotel. We stayed at one of their "stay well" rooms and loved the memory foam mattress and soft pillows. We thought we were not going to like them but, we were very wrong. The rooms are clean, new,beautifully decorated and have their own air filter just to mention a few perks. The price is great for this beautiful and eleganthotel. We are definitely staying there next time we visit Vegas. Highly recommend this hotel and especially their stay well rooms!

Helpful and friendly staff and lots to do!! It’s kind of easy to get lost in but also very easy to get help finding your way. However, I think it’d be helpful if they provided a map of the casino/lobby area when you check in.I hiiighly recommend trying the House of Blues restaurant, the food was outstanding and the service was great!We also went to the aquarium during our stay and it was very well kept and there were so many fun things to see and learn about! Enjoyable for any age.The pool was SO MUCH FUN, the food at the pool bar&grill was delicious!! It gets hard to find chairs after noon though so plan accordingly.Overall excellent place to stay and well worth the cost.

The staff was friendly and helpful.Make sure to make reservations for any dining.The restaurants fill up fast.We stayed in a stay well room.The shower wasn't the best.We had a hard time getting a decent temperature (it was either to hot or to cold).The pools were great, and it looked like the kids were having a blast.

The room is great, if it wasn't so far from the elevators it would be superb. Unfortunately my favorite buffet was closed because of Covid and has now been replaced by two restaurants. The show "One" is phenomenal. House of Blues has concerts pretty regularly.A point off since it is far from the heart of the Strip, so put on your walking shoes or pony up for a taxi ride. Can't really say how the gambling is since that isn't my thing; it looks nice. The staff has been friendly (except for the one guy at the reception desk). Also can't say how parking is as I've never driven here. There is supposedly a "topless" beach downstairs from reception, but also haven't been there. They have an aquarium on site, supposed to be great for the kids.

everything here is beautiful, the hotel is huge and the rooms are really nice. the windows during the day are clear and at night they turn into mirror windows. the showers can be a tight fit for some but for me it was nice. the hotel is beautiful and there are so many fun things to do. the food is delicious.enjoy your stays!

Attended a conference here at Mandalay so we booked a room here too. It was good, simple, cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the pool (recommended). Easy, short walk to everything in the hotel. Quick tip: Don’t order from the late night room service menu, it’s so average and came packed in plastic containers. Great hotel for families, the pool offers a wave pool and lazy river. Plenty of pool beds and cabanas. Cabana hire changed prices, must depend on the day, expect to pay $250-300 for a cabana. You can order food and drink in the pool area. There are also family friendly dining options available in the casino. For an upscale dining experience, try the Japanese place. Absolutely beautiful food, best Japanese we have had in America so far. Perfect bar to drink and watch a game.

Lo mejor de lo mejor, es la zona de piscinas, que espectáculo, la piscina de olas, el rio pequeño que hay, las zonas de jacuzzis, todo. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, limpias, el baño perfecto, el hotel muy bonito, por dentro y por fuera, es muy cerca del aeropuerto, el transporte fue fácil. Una de las mejores experiencias en la ciudad.

The rooms are a little dated. Besides that, hotel has everything you need without having to leave the property. The weighted refrigerator can greatly increase your bill. So Don't touch if you don't plan to buy. If there are any discrepancies though the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. I can't say anything negative about the staff I've engaged with. Everyone was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks

The hotel itself was very nice! It was kept clean at all times. All staff that we encountered were very hospitable. Everyone that worked for the hotel always had a mask on. We ate out most of the time so we didn’t get to try their food. The hotel was on the very southern end of the strip so our stay was quiet. The only downside was being at the end of the strip we always had to travel down the strip to find parties or excitement.

I stayed there with my daughter and her girlfriends for her 21st birthday celebration. The room was nice but the bathroom was EVERYTHING 4 ladies could ever need!! The view was great because we could see the entire strip! Definitely a great choice for enjoying the best of Vegas while maintaining a comfortable distance from the madness when you want.

I stayed here for a convention and they upgraded my room without asking.It’s old school elegant and the rooms are quite nice but older.There were a few chips in the counters and it’s not modern but I still like here anyway.The views are great, it has lots of places to eat, has great pools and is close to the Four Seasons.It’s at the end of the strip but I’m not bothered by the location.I think the value is high here and I’ve stayed here a few times. I recommend registering in the app so you get points and discounts.What are other great places to stay in Vegas?

I loved this property and all it had to offer. The location was nice, I liked that we were on strip but it didn't feel like it. I love the signature scent too!! Wish the pools would have been open though. Coming from 35* weather a 73* pool day would be amazing!! That is the reason for four stars

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff in lobby. Pool with lots of limitations and 14 lifeguards asking you to move from any place you were (very annoying). Extremely expensive minibar and if you make the mistake to put any personal stuff in the fridge, guess what: you get a $50.00 charge just for doing that (never seen before). Rooms are comfortable. My had view to the roof of the casino (so, no view). Many expensive restaurants (so plenty of dining options) as long as you manage to make a reservation on time or are willing to expend 1 1/2 hours waiting in line for a meal. High prices. Bar in casino was nice with life music. Large casino. For shows, they will charge you a bunch of fees even if you buy the tickets in person (like the large online company that sells tickets). So, in conclusion, it was a nice hotel with limited use of facilities but convenient for a conference I attended. Parking was the equivalent of 2-3 blocks away.

Such a nice hotel!! The staff was incredible and so helpful. Check in was easy. Mobile check in is also offered. The hotel itself smells delightful. Like an island retreat. (Mostly coconut and dreams.) The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It does get busy in the lobby areas because their is a connecting path to the arena where the Raiders play, so I'd avoid Sundays.. The pool area was stunning as well. Went on a Monday and there wasn't a lot of people. The cost to buy a float for the lazy river is absolutely ASININE! 30 dollars. They would make more renting them, I think than selling, buy what do I know? Watch out for the waterfall in the lazy river that tries to drown you. It can be a bit intense when you're just relaxing. You are able to rent cabanas and chairs closer to the pools but when you're just trying to Vegas on a budget because you're a poor student, $300 dollars for a cabana is not an option. The beds in the rooms were extremely comfortable, the pillows put you into a dream. The rooms were huge and very clean. I did get a bacterial infection after we left, so I'm sure I got that from the pillows because it's on my face. Gross. But I would go back. It's very easy to get lost in that hotel because of how massive it is. And it's the very last hotel on the very south end of the strip so it's not very convenient to other attractions.

Não tem Vallet parking isso é péssimo o estacionamento é muito longe se você tem criança te aconselho a levar o carrinho de bebê tem elevador para todos os lados será mais fácil eu sofri sem um lá, outro problema que pra mim é o pior de tudo ... CIGARRO E MACONHA gente um lugar fechado sem ventilação as pessoas fumando em qualquer canto, o cheiro é muito forte os dias que fiquei lá pascei também com dor de cabeça por causa do cheiro Fedor de TABACO, e o pior são nossos filhos, eles não pensam nas crianças, já que é um hotel resort deveria pensar que muitos vai com a família .... As toalhas de banhotambém são muito pequenas, são toalhas pequenas de mais para um hotel dessa categoria, deveria ser maior, no demais eu gostei mas ... Confesso não pretendo voltar mais por causa do TABACO Free lá dentro ....😞

Beautiful hotel - great attention to detail. The hotel smelled amazing. The room design was beautiful - nice bathroom, big tub and separate shower, floor to ceiling windows and doors, nice TV. Our room (17-333) overlooked the pool and had a beautiful view. The lobby was really nice and the mobile check-in/out was really convenient. Tons of options for food with a wide range of prices/style. Even the casino looked nice and didn't smell bad when you walked through it. The security seemed legit too - you need a key to the floor to be able to take the elevator to that floor. The pool was WONDERFUL - there is real sand on the beach, it was family friendly but not overrun with kids either. Our teens felt really comfortable, which is nice compared to feeling gawked at on the strip. The location of the hotel on the far end of the strip was great too.

Nice hotel although the Mirage was better Mold in the shower and coffee cost $10.00 in the room. If I wanted to keep my water in the refrigerator it would have cost me.

It was a good experience - no issues at all. Clean, friendly helpful staff. Like everything in Vegas, it's expensive but the facilities are great and the casino doesn't stink of cigarette smoke which is appreciated. Buffet was good as was the pool. Not really an issue but it's at the top of the strip. Depending on what you plan on doing (shows etc.) you either need to cab it or be prepared for a long walk.

Very convenient to other locations on the Las Vegas Strip but at the end of the line so the noise level and traffic was much calmer, Convenience and price that we secured thru AAA Additional "resort fee" of $35 per night to cover hotel amenities however this appears to be common now in Las Vegas .
